 Egg | Not really an enemy, but it does release a Facehugger if you get too close to it. They're a real pain, as they tend to launch the Facehugger right at you very quickly. |
 Facehugger | They come out of Alien eggs and run around on the ground and jump at you. If one latches onto your face, it will drain your health until you die or you shake it off. They're very fast. |
 Chestburster | This sausage thing is supposed to be a Chestburster. They're extremely annoying as you have to crouch to hit them, so they usually end up hurting you before you can kill the little bugger. |
 Alien | It basically just runs up to you extremely fast and attacks you. Seriously, you have to have really fast reflexes to hit them before they hit you. |
