1. Start a new flash movie. Make it whatever size you need. Now, grab the text tool and type in some text in whatever color you want. I am just using gray.

2. Now, convert the text in to a symbol. Make it a movie symbol. You can name it if you want. Now, right click on your text and go to Edit. Then make a new keyframe. In the keyframe, select the text tool and highlight your text. Now, change the color of it. If you want to keep changing colors then just keep adding new keyframes for each new color.

3. After you're done with that, create one more new keyframe. Then, right-click the keyframe and go to actions. Now, copy and paste the code I have below.

gotoAndPlay(1);

4. Now, just save it, publish it, and view it.
