Q: When did you first become interested in computers?
A: The first day I saw one.  I was around 5 years old, and I was over at a friend's house which had a computer.  I was fascinated by it, and couldn't wait to get my hands on it, and many others.

Q: How have you acquired knowledge about computers?
A: By spending hours upon hours using them.  I went to a private elementary school which had a great computer lab.  That is where I was first really introduced into the computer world.  While there, I learned about BASIC programming, the internet, and about the history of computers.  I also acquired a great amount of computer knowledge by spending time at my mom's former place of employment.  She would be working and I would usually be on one of the many computers there.  The company IT guy was usually there and I would love to follow him around while he worked on the computers there, and he would sometimes let me help him out.  The place where I have acquired most of my computer knowledge would have to be my home.  Last summer I spent some time with the IT person at my school.  He helped increase my knowledge about hardware and networking.

Q: Why do you like doing computer help?
A: I like doing computer help because I like to make computers run correctly and smoothly.  Whenever I am around a computer that isn't running correctly I want to get on it as soon as possible and fix whatever the problem is.  I like finding solutions to new and different problems.

Q: Why should I get help from you instead of going to a computer store to get help?
A: I have heard many stories about people waiting in line for hours when they take their computer over to a computer store to get fixed.  I can go over to your house and fix your computer right there in front of you.  If you don't want me to go into your house, I can pick up your computer and work on it.  I try to base my pricing off of computer companies, but it is usually significantly less.
