Like you may know, my name is Émilie Nadeau Benoit(without ^on the i of Benoit...). When you’ll be reading that, I will be 14 (my birthday is on July 24 1984). I’m 5’2” tall (as tall as my mother) and I weight aux about 105 pounds. I have dark blond hairs (I like blond jokes), but now, they are “rich auburn brown” .I have brown eyes. I live in Longueuil with my two parents, my brother Vincent who’s 11(he’s my collaborator for that page)and my dog Freud, a mixed with a shar-pei (Chinese dog)who’s really cute. I’m in secondary 3 at « l'école d'éducation internationale ».
I like go shopping, drawing and read magazines. On T.V, I watch some « soap »(watatatow, 4 et demi, la petite vie),"The Simpsons", "South Park" Cnadians’ hockey et I really like F1 and Cart(Indycar). My idole is Jacques Villeneuve.

Summer, I make training with Sainte-Julie. I do jogging (I like running), ice skate and In-line skate at Gilles Villeneuve’s circuit on Ste-Helen Island (Montreal).
I begun with Longueuil P.G.V in 1994, I was Benjamin 2nd year. My first competitions were hard moments for me, I did a “great” 2 minutes on my first 500m! Other skaters took me one lap in all qualifications, but I won all my «C » finals. But, it’s true that I skated with "Planerts"(Cheap skates that my parents rented me) I became better all the time, so my best result was a 4th place and I made 1minutes and 15 seconds in my 500m.
Next year, I received REAL skates (Bont Sharkie with Zandstra blades of 14 inches and a half) so, I went to level 2. My first level 2 competition took place at Lachenaie and I had a great 5th place (2 points behind 4th) on 20 skaters. I finished the season 16th in the times classification, but couldn’t go on level 1 because I didn’t respect 112%’s rule.
In 1996-1997, I acceded to level 1 at my 2nd competition (Lasalle). But my results in that level weren’t very good, about 12th place each time on 20. I was level 2 for next year, because I was now juvenile
At the beginning of 1997-1998 season , I put a lot of pressure on myself , I wanted to go level 1 at the first competition of the season.. It was at Longueuil. I won my races with a good advance, but didn’t make the times. The next competition, Montreal-Gadbois, I Made my times and I went Level 1 and finished 5th in Alma. I finished 6th of points classification, near of 5th and 4th ...
For this year, you know what happen...
So, I think you know me...
