In a shocking act of domestic terrorism, a deranged veteran detonates a biological weapon inside a crowded Federal Building. His purpose: To expose the government's secret development of a toxic gas that instantly affects the human adrenal system, causing men, women and children to become inhumanly aggressive and violent. Now the virus is spreading. The building is quarantined. And on the upper floors, a small group of uninfected survivors must band together to get out alive. But how do you escape a raging nightmare that cannot be stopped?

"The Terror Experiment" is the kind of film you might see on the Syfy Channel, cheesy and way over the top but it is after-all a zombie-like thriller so what can one really expect from a movie like this besides some entertainment? This is the story of a building that is part of a "terror experiment" where an explosion happens and then certain people get infected and become feral. The story is pretty simple but it does raise some questions and send some messages about our government which makes the story a bit thought-provoking.

As far as the story and production goes both could of been better had the filmmakers had a bit more money to work with but the cast of stars from yesterday including, C. Thomas Howell, Judd Nelson and Robert Carradine make up for some it anyway. The film also stars Jason London and Lochlyn Munro as well, the entire cast did a good job all things considered.

"The Terror Experiment" is disappointing in some ways but if you just looking for a movie to pass some time with then this should do nicely, plus it's nice to see this cast together in one movie. Available on DVD and Blu-ray with Special Features that include:
