A middle-aged man who is a leader in his church and works as a compliance officer for the city acts out his need for power and control by choosing to prey on and murder innocent people. He is quickly deemed the "B.T.K” killer by the police as his modus operandi is to bind, torture and then kill his victims.

There has been a number of movies made about the serial killer we knew as BTK, I was interested to sit down as see what the film-makers had to offer that others didn't. This one I quickly found out doesn't really deal with the complete facts, it is more of a assumption of the happenings. But even if it isn't accurate to the facts if still manages to get you into the mind of this twisted individual. This was a man that managed to not get caught for years, he was a family man with kids and a church goer as well yet he was able to do all those horrible things to others, it is not only sad but disturbing as well. The cast is mostly unknowns and the acting is not the best but they all manage to to play their roles good enough to keep the story realistic. Any fan of horror will know Kane Hodder who plays Dennis Rader AKA The BTK Killer. He too isn't the best actor but he does a pretty good job here and his looks and build make this a good role for him and an effective one as well. You can surely find better movies dealing with this type of subject matter but for a low-budget effect I think Writer/Director,Michael Feifer did a good job keeping you in suspense even if you already knew how it ends. Over-all I enjoyed this and was not only shocked, taken back and angered by this man's actions but I was also entertained and after-all that is what a movies is suppose to do. I f you like the serial killer genre or just thrillers in general I recommend giving this a chance. Released by Lions Gate Home Entertainment. *** Out Of *****
