Bloody Reunion

Horror NR. Originally titled To Sir With Love, Bloody Reunion is Lim Dae-wung’s Korean slasher about a group of young people who reunite with their now wheel-chair bound teacher. The happy gathering turns into a nightmare as old grudges and hidden truths surface and one by one the former classmates vanish in a series of unforgettably gruesome murders. We all know that no one does a creepy ghost story like Asian Cinema does but there has a been an abundance of those in the last few years so it was nice to see something different from South Korea in the form of a slasher film. As always it seems you can't get any better cinematography than what Asian cinema provides and Bloody Reunion creates great atmosphere with it. The cast is great and the story if not a little predictable still entertains considering the genre. One thing to remember is this lacks some of the suspense we have come to expect from Asian hottot film's but this again is a slasher film and with some horrific death scenes that is sure to please any fan of the genre. I enjoyed it and thought it was a nice change of pace so I have to recommend owning this DVD. The DVD Features include:

Available Subtitles: English, Spanish
