Baal travels back in time and prevents the Stargate program from ever being started. SG-1 team must somehow restore history and once again save the galaxy from oppressive domination.

This is a SG fan's dream come true, to have the old gang back together alone is reason enough to get excited over, but does the movie deliver what it promises was the question before I sat down to review it. This film has a great story that grabs a hold of you right from the start and it never lets you go. Also there is great character development here as well as some very good twists to keep you at the edge of your seat. 'Continuum' is a fantastic time-travel film that makes you think and its fascinating story allows the director to not only challenge the characters but it was a perfect opportunity to bring back some many of the old ones as well that we have learned to love over the years. Director Martin Wood takes over here and leads a great cast of characters through a brilliant plot with awesome pacing. After what I felt was a step backwards with 'Arc of Truth', Continuum more than makes up for it and points this great sci fi in the right direction. If you are a fan of the series then you are certainly going to love this movie but for those of you that might of never watched it don't fear, this will also be enjoyed by any fan of the genre.
