Over five thousand people illegally cross the border each day. There are areas where crime is at its highest, where criminals prey upon these defenseless groups. An elite task force is put together with high expectations of solving this problem that is plaguing our border. After only a few short years, the operation is shut down due to the weight of overwhelming politics and red tape. With one of their own killed, and another missing, three agents decide to take the law into their own hands. Doing what was necessary from the beginning, but was always off limits, they decide to cross into Mexico. They find themselves up against more than they bargained for.

Border Lost pretty much delivers on what it promises, you have great cinematography and the action that is promised is also there so if you looking for a action flick to just sit back to and enjoy this is most likely going to please you. As far as the whole illegal immigrant don't expect much of a social comment on it, there's a few lines in the film that touch on it but for the most part the movie avoids being a vehicle to stating it's stand on the whole issue. I was in the mood for some action so I was happy with what I got from the film. The acting isn't going to win any awards but it's solid enough and the gunfire scenes are also well done. Border Lost is a film based on what is going on today but it some how still manages to be just an entertaining action flick so if your looking for something with a plot that makes you think avoid this but if your looking for a film to just enjoy for the great scenery and action then pick I suggest you giving this a shot.
