The next day, Zac wanted to go back and look at the house. Since Quinn was at work, there was only one other person he could call.

"Zac, this is a great house." Taylor said as they walked in.

"Yeah...it's cool." Zac said. Directly inside, there was a small hallway with a staircase that went to the second floor. Of to the side was a kitchen with a large, high glass ceilinged dining area. To the side of that was a bathroom and a laundry room, family room, and another room. Upstairs was a master bedroom with a bathroom, two other bedrooms, and another bathroom.

After touring the house, Zac and Taylor stood in the dining area, which led to a big backyard with a pool and deck.

"Zac, like I said, this is a great house."

"I know." Zac said. He had fallen in love with it while looking at it's white, airy walls, hardwood floors, and many windows.

"But don't you think it would be a good house for like...you know, more than one person?" Taylor asked.

"Well...yeah..."

"So, don't you need something a little different? Like, a kinda bachelor pad thing?"

Zac sighed, looking out at the deck. "Taylor, I don't want a bachelor pad."

"But it's just you."

"Well, I hope not for long." He said, leaning on the door.

"I'm not following. Are you getting a dog or something?"

Zac laughed. "No. I was thinking about asking Quinn to move in with me."

Taylor's eyebrows raised, and his mouth dropped open. "Woah. Buddy...slow down."

"What?" Zac asked. "She needs a place to live, and she has no money."

"Yeah, but....aren't you moving a little quickly? She's been back, what.....two months?"

Zac sighed. "Taylor, man....I am in love. I'm really serious about this girl. I want her to live with me."

"What else brought this on?"

"Man, she was talking to me yesterday. She's scared to live alone. She afraid that someone is going to rob her or something. I don't want her to scared in her own place, and she doesn't want to have fear in her own place. What kind of home is that?"

Taylor bit his lip. "You sound pretty serious."

"I am, Tay...I am. I really want her to live with me."

"Permanently?"

"Well...yeah...I guess."

Taylor shook his head. "Zac, if you're going to make this big of a step, don't you think it would be nice if you had your mind made up? You can't yank people around like that. I know you, man. She means too much to you."

"I know." Zac said. He looked around the house. It longed for people to live within it. "I really want her here with me."
