"My god, this place is already packed!" Taylor said as he and Drew walked through the already crowded house.
"God Taylor, loosen up! It's a party! There are supposed to be people here, silly!' Drew said with a giggle.
"Yeah, I guess." He said.
"You don't go to many parties, do you?" She asked, picking up two cups of beer. She handed one to him and then started to sip hers.
"Um....I do my fair share I guess." Taylor said, observing the room. Drew had been nice enough on the way over, but the things that came out of her mouth were just down right provocative. However, he knew that Drew was Christina's friend, and that she never really had done anything to him, so he could at least just be nice.
Christina dragged herself out of bed and to the bathroom. Drew had left a few hours ago to the party, and Taylor was at work. She glanced at the clock and frowned. It was past nine, and Taylor should be home by then. She walked out to the hallway and looked around.
"Taylor?" She called out. She walked to the kitchen. "Taylor?"
No answer. She looked down looked down at the kitchen counter and saw a not scribbled on a piece of paper.
At David's. Be back late.
Taylor
She frowned and looked at the paper. It looked like Taylor's writing, but then again it didn't. She shrugged and opened the door. She padded across the hall and knocked on David and Michelle's door.
David opened the door a few moments later, and Michelle was behind him.
"Hi guys." She said.
"Hey Chris."
"What up?" Michelle asked.
"Have you guys seen Taylor?"
Michelle looked at David and frowned. "No, why?"
"Oh....No reason." She said. "Thanks." She went back into ther apartment and closed the door. She looked at the not again and frowned.
Where was Taylor? He wasn't one to just lie and then disappear. And he wasn't even at David's. She thought of calling someone, but she didn't really know many of Taylor's friends. She didn't know anyone besides Drew and Michelle. Drew....
Christina remembered that Drew had been there earlier and had gone to a party at Chris's house. Maybe Drew would know where Taylor was....
"I don't feel very well." Taylor said two hours later.
"Oh?" Drew asked. She had been handing him beers nonstop.
"Yeah." He said, taking it. "I don't usually drink this much." He slurred.
"I'm sorry." She said. He looked at her and giggled. He suddenly stopped and looked off into the distance.
"What's wrong?" She asked sweetly.
"I miss Christina." He said.
"You miss her?"
"No..." He said with a frown. "I mean I hope she's okay." He said.
"She's fine." Drew assured him. "Just a little stomach bug."
"Yeah." Taylor said, stumbling forwards a little.
"Are you okay?" She giggled.
"Yeah, i'm just a little tipsy." he admitted with a laugh. Everything swirled and blurred together. Taylor blinked his eyes in an effort to clear his vision, but it didn't work.
"Well sure, silly, you've been guzzling beers all night." She said.
"Yeah." He said. He suddenly felt very dizzy.
Christine walked into the booming house, her head already starting to pound. She was still sick, and she didn't really want to go to this party, but she figured that Drew would know where Taylor was. She had gotten up and showered, gotten dressed, and drove to where she thought Chris lived. She eventually found it, and she made her way inside.
She made her way through all the vaugely familliar people, keeping an eye out for Drew. Suddenly somone tapped her on the shoulder She turned around
"Chris?"
"Hey Christina." Chris said with a smile.
"Hey." She said. "Have you seen Drew or Taylor?" She asked.
"Drew?" He frowned.
"Yeah, tall, red head."
"Um, yeah i saw her with Taylor earlier." He said.
Christina's cheeks flamed with anger and embarassement.
"Is that bad?"
"I don't know." She said shortly, and walked away. She hadn't mean to be rude to Chris, but she was so mad at the moment that she could hardly speak. Taylor had lied.
"Why don't you go sit down?" Drew asked. Taylor had had at least five or six beers in the last hour, and he was beggining to get very drunk.
"Okay." he slurred. She led him down the crowded hall, past people until they got to the end of the hall.
"But I don't want to miss the party." he said.
"Just for a second." Drew said.
"I guess." he said, stumbling into the room.
"You'll be fine." She said as he grabbed her shoulder for support. She wrapped her arm around his waist. They walked into an empty bedroom, and Drew shut the door behind them.
Christina wandered through the people for a few minutes before she felt sick. She needed to find a bathroom. Scew Drew, she felt like shit, she thought. She found her way to a hallway, and spotted a bathroom at the end of the hall. She began to push past the people when she saw Drew. With Taylor.
She gasped at what she saw. There was Taylor, with his arm around Drew's shoulders, and she had her arm around his waist. They walked into a room, and Christina let out a soft cry when Drew shut the door. She wanted to run to the door and yank it open, screaming at Drew and Taylor. She would yank Drew away from him and then beat her up. But she couldn't. Her feet were glued to the floor. No one noticed the girl standing in the middle of the crowed hallway, about to cry.
She flew out of the house and to her car as fast as she could. She drove all the way home and make it into her apartment before collapsing in tears.
