**notes:

How do the battle templates recognise a monster from a boss?
It's pre-setted in the monsters formations templates.

Officialy, they're is 256 monsters an 128 bosses, both indexed on 8 bits.

Some monsters, like the one described as Kefka taunting Sabin, are not
used. Instead, a triggered event indicator is set in the monsters formations
template extended database. Then again, some requiers both triggers
(thinking of the Varga fight: you have to have the boss Varga in the 
template, plus the special event in the extended database).
