Final Fantasy Anthology: Final Fantasy 6 (PSX)
Here is a directory listing with comments on what I found so far. It was done on the regular Anthology release, not the greatest hits edition. Time-stamp is incorrect for folders, so ignore them.
Funny thing, the DTE was re-encoded, so a new TBL file is needed to see the text script.

Files with ".pac" extention can be extracted with this tool.
