The drive to win. This, above all, determines success. It's what champions
are made of and where legacies begin. Ultimately, the will behind the victory
is the formula that wins.

Jeff Deskins and the Deskins Motorsports Racing Team bring together a dedicated
group of professionals motivated by this philosophy. We are a top performance
team with one collective goal -- "Success." We provide the best possible representation
in sports promotion. Your sponsorship of our team will help us to achieve
our goal.

Champions have always dedicated themselves to three things, they are
1-Teamwork 2-Achievement and 3-Winning. This is what sets Jeff Deskins and
the Deskins Motorsports Racing Team apart from other motorsports teams. Enclosed
you will find a sample of what our professional motorsports team will use as
a tool in gaining national and local recognition as a winning organization.

Deskins Motorsports and and it's dedicated group of professionals is North
America's fastest moving motorsport combination. The sound and fury of racing
cars is a non-stop carnival for the senses, a celebration of acceleration,
that is avidly followed by thousands of enthusiastic fans. But this is not
just a place to test the performance limits of drivers and machines. It is
also an environment to conduct serious, productive business.

"Marketing in Motion" is about the business side of motorsport sponsorship.
Commerce is as much a part of the oval track sport as competition. Becoming
a part of the Deskins Motorsports Racing Team is a business decision that makes
sense.

driver and team profile

Jeffery Deskins

Age: 29

Born: March 8, 1965, San Jose, California

Family:	Wife - Monique

		Children - Genevieve and Kyle

Education: Monta Vista HS, Cupertino, California

United States Air Force

Goals: To win the championship. To be the best racing spokesman for sponsors
and to gain respect in motorsports as one of the North Americas best drivers.

At age 29 Jeff Deskins has already been a successful race car driver. However,
the talented Californian feels he has quite a career ahead of him. Someday
in the not to distant future, Jeff Deskins is going to be recognized in North
America for his racing.

Jeff got an early start in racing, he's been in it all his life. You see,
his father, has sponsored cars since Jeff's early days, so you could say that
Jeff has grown up in racing. He knows the business inside and out. And not
just the glamorous part either. Jeff's racing career didn't start behind the
wheel. He spent almost 5 years working on the cars in the shop and at the
track before he got behind the wheel. For every hour Jeff spends behind the
wheel, he's spent 10 hours in the shop preparing the car.

As Jeff's racing accomplishments get more amazing each year, he has the uncanny
ability to find the elusive checkered flag before anyone else can. He's made
a habit of winning. Jeff has found out that he loves nothing better than a
slow drive down "victory lane".

tool. You will reach the right people and provide endless opportunities for
exposure for your company and/or products.

All this leads to increased sales and profits, your ultimate goal!

Enhance Employee Relations

By involving your employees in your racing team, you can increase their productivity
and interest in your company goals. Many companies already use motorsports
as a sales incentive or to increase productivity, attendance, and safety.
This all out effort will make your company team, as well as your race team,
a winner.

EXECUTIVE INCENTIVE - Get your executives out of the office atmosphere and
into the racing atmosphere. The fast pace of racing cars can be a motivating
factor for your meetings. This stimuli can help generate more exciting and
winnings ideas for your company.

SALES AND EMPLOYEE INCENTIVE - Boost the morale of your employees with a little
competition of their own. The winner could get a free weekend at the races
as part of the Pit Crew, or a team jacket, T-shirt or hat as a token of your
appreciation for a job will done for improving productivity, attendance, and/or
safety standards.

SALES MEETINGS - Meeting your goals is very important. As an incentive to
your sales force, schedule your sales meetings around a day at the races.
Show that high performance and a commitment to excellence, demonstrates what
your company stands for.

the exposure factor.....publicity and advertising opportunities

Exposure is essential to your products or service.

TELEVISION - Many motorsports events are televised by network or cable giving
your company name and logo tremendous exposure. And, unlike paid advertising
time, the viewer is watching attentively. Racing is why he or she are tuned
in.

MAGAZINE AND NEWSPAPER PUBLICATIONS - More than 16,000 periodicals per month
feature coverage of racing events in their pages, providing maximum leverage
for sponsors' investments.

In addition to the monthly coverage, we have a unique system of networking
with all of the newspapers in the cities surrounding each of the race events.
This translates into numerous photo and story opportunities for those associated
with the Deskins Motorsports Racing Team.

Examples of newspapers and magazines perviously mentioned are Performance Racing
News, National Speed Sport News, Circle Track, Open Wheel, and Formula. These
are just a few of the publications covering the world of open wheel racing.

INTERNET AND THE WORLD WIDE WEB - With the increase in growth in the Internet
and the World Wide Web, It only make sense to advertise the Deskins Motorsports
Racing Team and our Sponsors to the world. Direct coverage of your products
or services will be associated with the racing team and an entire storefront
can be created about your company, that can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week.

TRADE PUBLICATIONS - Let everyone in your industry know about your association
with Deskins Motorsports with articles, photos, and interviews.

With all of the racing events being covered by the electronic and print media,
the Deskins Motorsports Racing Team has extended its reach to thousands of
people who have never attended a race.

COMMUNITY SERVICE - The Deskins Motorsports Racing Team can visit schools,
community groups, or clubs involved with your company to talk about the value
of a commitment to excellence, and speak on current issues, such as the evils
of drug and alcohol abuse. The entire Deskins Motorsports Racing Team is proud
to be associated with a national organization called GAP (Gang Alternative
Program). GAP is designed to offer young people opportunities to be involved
in productive, not destructive activities. We focus on "at risk" youth between
the ages of seven and seventeen. Deskins Motorsports and GAP educates children
and their parents about gangs and their activities, while offering creative
alternatives to gang involvement (e.g. be a member of the race team crew for
a weekend).

ROLLING BILLBOARDS - The Deskins Motorsports transporter and other support
equipment used to move the team from track to track will be painted in the
same color scheme as the race car with your company name and logo prominently
displayed. An echo effect can be realized here in that the sponsor's name
and logo can be seen continuously by many people enroute to and from events,
as well as on the track itself.

MERCHANDISING - Fans like to imitate their favorite drivers. T-shirts, jackets,
hats, pins, stickers and models can become self-liquidating. This is a positive
achievement for name awareness as these items tend to be retained long after
the event.

Promotional Opportunities

Put your clients and customers right in the middle of the action and have their
attention for an entire evening or weekend, not just a few hours. Here are
a few examples of what can be done to promote your company.....

CUSTOMER ENTERTAINMENT - A day at the races is an effective way to entertain
clients. Conduct your business meeting in a real superstar atmosphere.

HOSPITALITY TENT - Bring your guests to your catered hospitality tent where
you can conduct your business meetings. Introduce your driver and crew, so
your clients can be involved in the team's efforts.

TRADE SHOWS AND EXHIBITS - Show off your racing team and driver, and be the
center of attention. People will stop at your booth to look at the race car
and will relate your company name and product with their experience of seeing
the race team and talking to the driver and the crew. Sales, Sales, Sales!

The Deskins Motorsports Racing Team is also involved in many auto shows thoughout
the year. Use this opportunity to promote your company with flyers, promotions,
and product samples.

SPECIAL PROMOTIONS - Use the race team as a display at special sales meetings.
The driver can be on hand to talk to your customers about the experience of
racing. Run a racing sweepstakes as a point-of-purchase promotion. Use pictures
of the race team and race car in merchandise brochures or newsletters.

CONSUMER PREMIUMS - Jackets, hats, and T-shirts bearing your name and logo
can be sold at the event, in your lobby, or given away with purchases, giving
your product limitless amounts of exposure.

SPONSOR benefits

Sponsor name and/or logo will be painted on all sides of the race car and transporter
and will be clearly visible to fans and media from all vantage points on the
track. The driver's suit will have the name and/or logo displayed on the upper
chest area and crew uniforms will have the name and/or logo on the chest area
as well as on the back. Sponsor's hats and jackets can also be worn by driver
and crew (these items would also be worn when not at the event).

Public address announcers at the event will announce the sponsors name when
introducing the car, allowing the fans to hear your name, read it in the program,
and see it racing down the straightaway.

Sponsors will be identified in all news releases, press kits, radio and television
interviews, program and magazine articles, and photographic material.

Brand awareness occurs because your are reaching the right people, at the right
time, and in the right atmosphere. The fans came to the races to see racing
and your name is part of what they came to see. Of course, credit goes where
credit is due.

Be identified with a winner and be a winner.

financial benefits

A sponsorship for the Deskins Motorsports Racing Team cannot be determined
until a draft package suitable to your requirements has been discussed.

An association with this team can ideally offer a sponsor results for a lower
cost than other forms of promotion and can create a market or identity not
readily available by other means.

We are willing to discuss any level of financial involvement with potential
sponsors. The most cost effective program involves exclusive sponsorship by
one company. However, opportunities exist for smaller commitments on a long
term basis. We do not accept sponsorship from companies where a conflict of
interest exists.

Every effort will be expended to give your company value for its dollar. Practical
and constructive advice is available to any interested party. Long term sponsors
are our goal, and to achieve this, we will provide long term satisfaction.

we'd like to tell you more

We hope the foregoing information has been of interest to you. We would like
to meet with you personally so that we can get to know each other, answer your
questions and discuss the potential of a sponsorship. Every effort will be
made to display your company name and/or logo and endorse it in a professional
manner at all times. We are prepared to make a 100% effort to ensure a profitable
return for you and your company.

The 1996 season starts in May and ends in October. There is still plenty of
time.
