Welcome to History 101. The story starts back in 1995. Sideshow Jim was a part of the BIg Top Circus. He and his brother Sideshow Jon were the main event, as the trapeze artist/high flyers of the circus. Well, one day, they had the unfortunate opportunity of performing in a little town known as Columbus, Ontario. There, they have a mental 'home'. Well, it was apparent that some lunatic by the name of 'Justin Sane' was accendentally released. He decided to have some fun and tamper with the act. Well, being the pros that they were, Jim and Jon never used a net, and Jon plunged to his death.
Fast forward to October 1996. Sources had informed Sideshow that Justin Sane was now a wrestler, in the promotion known at the EXTREME WRESTLING FEDERATION. So, with the assist of The Bearded Lady as a manager, and his best friend Gravol, (a midget who's expertice was to be shot out of a cannon) they set out to seek revenge.
Of course this story would suck, if revenge was not taken. At the December PPV, revenge was theirs. SO, with that out of the way, they needed something to pass the time.
Over the next two and a half years, Sideshow Jim not only became the most feared and hated wrestler (see 'Sideshow rules'), he became a multiple time World Champ, a tag champ, and a multiple time WAR champ.
Unfortunately, the EXTREME WRESTLING FEDERATION has taken some time off, and has temperarely folded for now. But Sideshow Jim was in the middle of his most successful title run, of over four months.
SO, after much deliberation, he has come to the decision that he would take a vacation, then become a promoter. After all, he knows enough about the industry to do it.....right? Well, lets find out!
