Willow glanced over to her best friend. This wasn't right. Buffy had to share her feelings before they took her over. She was a wreak. Not just her appearance, put her personality. Buffy's face feel every time the wrong word was said, even if it was something simple like ‘shadow'. Everything to Buffy seemed to relate to her life.
Willow didn't blame her though, Buffy's life was worse then ever. Willow was still worried though at how Buffy wouldn't tell her anything.
The rest of the scoobies felt the same way too. They'd give anything to comfort their friend. But for some reason, Buffy just wouldn't let them. Something was stopping her from opening up, and letting it out.
"Can you do the spell?" asked Giles, for what must have been the third time.
"Sure... ummm, what spell are we talking about?" Willow asked sheepishly.
A lightning bolt brightened the sky.
Xander looked over to where Willow was staring at. "I'm getting worried about her," he announced to the group, pointing to Buffy on the other side of the magic shop.
"I tried talking to her earlier," Giles imputed, the topic of spells quickly forgotten.
"And?" asked Xander.
"S-she still won't say anything." Giles stuttered with concern.
They all sat back against their chairs as Buffy walked toward them with a devastated look on her face. "He guys, what's up?"
There was a pause.
"Something bad." Buffy stated, all too familiar with the situation.
"Buffy..." Willow started, "we're worried about you."
"Oh great, an apocalypse is something I really don't wanna deal with right now." Buffy casually stated, holding back the tears.
"Not an apocalypse we're worried about..." Giles reassured her.
"We're worried that you're keeping to many feelings inside. You really should talk to one of us. If not us, then Riley. If not Riley, then someone in a chat room, I don't care! I just can't stand seeing you like this," admitted Willow.
"Thank you guys for worrying, but really, I'm fine..."
"No, you're not Buffy! Admit it! You can't go a few seconds with out stopping to make sure you don't cry. But Buffy, we want you to. We wanna help you. Please!" begged willow. "I can't stand this."
Buffy just stared at the group, and looked like she was about to say something when there was a knock at the door to the magic shop.
"we're closed!" Giles shouted to the closed door.
Buffy look toward it as the second knock came. "I'll get it," she said, as she moved over to answer it.
"Buffy..." started willow. Concern was all over her face. Buffy always did that, took excuses to get out of expressing her feelings.
"Buffy!" coursed the group, as they got up to follow her. This was enough.
They froze when they saw the man in the door. Drenched from the rain from head to foot. Just standing there.
Another bolt of lightning.
"Angel." Xander stated. What was he doing here? He had no right to come back to Sunnydale!
A light in Xander's head switched on.
The scoobies stood there, in silence, waiting for what was to come next.
Buffy looked into angel's eyes, and moments later, collapsed in his arms.
She felt his strong, protective arms enclose around her, patting her back. He spoke soothing words to her, with comforted her greatly.
She cried there, cried to her hearts contempt.
The one thing she craved the most, was finally returned to her.
This was right, finally.
THE END
ya ya ya.. I know, *Boo!* but the intention was good!
