TWO TIMERS Chapter 8 Colleen's View
Me and Brian had spent the rest of the afternoon at home. The more time I spent with him, the more I realized how blessed I was to have him in my life. He was truly one of a kind. He loved me, he respected me, he was affectionate… everything I'd always wanted to find in a guy. But I still couldn't get my mind off Nick. He's not nearly as great as Brian. All he has are good looks and charm. But it was exactly his good looks and charm that was causing me to think about him non-stop.
"Col, check this out." Brian's soft voice grabbed me from my thoughts. He was pointing at the TV, laughing hysterically.
"Ugh, Brian! America's Funniest Home Videos is back on TV! What crap."
His smile turned into a look of anger as he lunged towards me, pinning me down on the couch.
"Oh, Littrell," I grinned, "what's with this?"
"No you did not just put down my TV show."
"Oh, yes I just did put down your TV show. What're you gonna do about it, hottie?"
I couldn't help but smile at his reaction to what I had just said. He hated when I called him hottie. He thought it was sexist or something. I thought it was cute.
He pressed his lips to mine, releasing my arms from his grasp. My tongue filled his mouth, as he returned my kisses just as strongly. He kissed my neck, making circles with his tongue. His hands slowly crept up my shirt, as I skillfully lifted his shirt off of him. I ran my hands along his bare chest, loving the feel of him on top of me. Once again, he pinned me down on the couch and removed my shirt and bra. He planted kisses on my stomach, as I ran my fingers through his hair.
The sound of the doorbell made us both jump, but he continued to edge my pants down. I glanced out the window, seeing Nick standing there. He was tapping his foot impatiently against the ground, running his hand through his blonde head of hair. He continued to ring the doorbell.
"Bri, maybe you should get that," I murmured, barely able to keep calm with the way he was touching me.
"Nah, just forget it," he replied, kissing my inner thigh.
I continued to watch Nick through the window. He was such a nosy person, I was surprised he hadn't looked through the window.
"Bri, please answer the door. The bell is really starting to annoy me."
"Hmmm," he groaned, removing his pants.
I looked over to the window once again, immediately meeting Nick's amused look.
"Holy shit!" I screeched, jumping up suddenly, causing Brian to fall off the couch and onto the floor.
I rushed to pull a shirt over my head, and quickly slipped my underwear and pants back on.
"Col, what was that for?" Brian asked, rubbing his butt. "That hurt."
"Sorry, I was just - uh - your elbow was digging into me," I lied.
"Well I'm totally out of the mood now. I might as well go see who's at the door."
He slowly walked to the door, opening it to find Nick standing there.
"What are you doing here, Carter?" he asked angrily.
I came up from behind Brian, wrapping my arms around his bare waist.
"I just came by to say hello," he grinned, running his eyes over the very obvious bulge in Brian's boxers.
Brian followed Nick's eyes, turning a deep shade of red.
"I'll be right back," he muttered, turning and going up stairs.
"Nice shirt. Did I interrupt something?" he asked, half smiling.
I glanced down at the shirt I was wearing, only now realizing it was Brian's and the top 4 buttons were opened. I quickly buttoned them, smiling uncomfortably.
"Did I interrupt something?" he repeated, never taking his eyes away from mine.
"Yes, you did, Nick."
"Sorry." He wasn't sorry.
"You don't want me sleeping with Brian, do you?" I whispered, just in case Brian was in ear shot.
"Of course I don't. I want you sleeping with me," he grinned.
"And I thought I already told you that wasn't gonna happen."
"Oh, sure ya did. That doesn't mean I actually accept it."
"Well you're gonna have to accept it. I love Brian."
"Yeah, keep telling yourself that, Col," he said, scanning the room with his eyes.
"What's that supposed to mean?" I snapped.
His eyes continued to look everywhere but into my own as he ignored my question.
"Look at me." I grabbed his chin, pulling his face close to mine.
"Yes?"
"Leave me alone. How many more times is it gonna take for you to realize that I don't want you?"
"Hmmm, at least a dozen or so," he laughed, pushing my hand away from his face.
"Go away." I gritted my teeth, motioning to the door.
"Ya know, all you have to do is sleep with me. Then everything would be solved. I wouldn't come around and bother you anymore. I just want to, ya know, experience you."
"Experience me?"
He nodded, grabbing me by the waist and pulling my body close to his. I wanted to move, but I couldn't. It was as if I was intoxicated by his absolute gorgeousness.
"You do know what I mean by that right?" he asked, licking his lips.
"I - I think so," I stammered, swallowing hard. He was making me so uncomfortable.
"Can I kiss you?"
This was the first time he'd ever asked for permission. If we were anywhere else, I might've said yes. As much as I loathed his flirty personality - I would have said yes. But Brian was upstairs. He'd be coming down any minute…
"You make me incredibly nervous," I murmured, taking in the scent of his cologne.
"Yeah? Well you make me extremely hot."
"Can I kiss you?" he reiterated, pressing his body even closer to mine. There was no longer any space between our bodies.
"No," I stated firmly.
He released his hold on me, shrinking back as if I had just smacked him.
"Ouch."
"Nick, Brian's upstairs and - "
"You don't have to give me any explanations. I get it. Tell Brian I said goodbye."
With that, he turned and walked out the door. I wasn't quite sure what was going on, but he had acted so different. Usually he makes passes on me without asking me. Every time I've come into contact with him, he's acted like a huge dick. But this time he actually looked hurt that I wouldn't kiss him.
"Where'd Nick go?" Brian asked, coming up from behind me.
"He had to go."
I turned and wrapped my arms around him.
"Baby, you're shaking," he whispered, holding me tighter.
"I'm fine," I lied.
I always felt weak and shaky after seeing Nick. He always had that kind of affect on me.
AJ's View
"I must say, I had an awesome time with you today," I said, leading Sophia into my house.
"I had a great time with you too, AJ," she sighed. "Now let's continue that great time upstairs."
She slowly ran her tongue along my neck, tugging on the button of my jeans.
"Sophia, not now. Why don't we have a snack or something." I pulled her hands away from my jeans.
"Only if you're the snack," she grinned, unzipping my fly.
"Aw, come on. Let's do this later."
"Why wait?" She reached her hands in, rubbing me through my boxers.
"Sophia," I moaned.
The phone began to ring, making us both jump slightly.
"I'll be right back. Watch some TV or something," I mumbled, heading to the kitchen to answer it.
"Oh, fine," she said, reluctantly switching on the TV.
"Hello?" I quickly zipped up my jeans.
"J, it's Nick."
"Thanks man."
"For what?"
"For buying me some time. Sophia wants to have sex."
"Um, and why is that such a bad thing?" he asked. I could sense the confusion in his voice.
"I think she's using me or something."
"Oh, please. What makes you say that?"
"All she talks about is sex," I blurted out.
"Ohhhh…"
"Yeah."
"So give her sex then, man," he laughed.
"Fuck you. You're no help whatsoever. Bye."
"Whoa, wait up. I need to talk to you."
"What?" I questioned.
"Man, I think I'm falling for Brian's girl."
"That Colleen person?"
"Yeah."
"That's not good. How do you know you're falling for her? Maybe it's just lust."
"That's what I thought it was. But I asked if I could kiss her and she said no. It, like, hurt me."
"Wow, maybe you are falling for her. Sorry, bro, but you can't do anything about the feeling. Brian loves her."
"When I want something, I'll do anything to get it. You know that, man. And I'm trying to seduce her. But she claims she loves Brian. I can't bring myself to believe that."
"Why not?"
"The way she looks at me."
I was about to reply, when I felt Sophia's tongue on my neck. She stuck her hand up my shirt, running her nails over my chest. Her other hand went to stroke me through my jeans.
"Shit," I groaned, clenching the phone tighter.
"AJ? AJ, you getting laid?" I heard him ask.
"Something like that. Listen, I gotta go man. Come over later and we'll talk more."
"Dude, I can't believe you're getting laid. Jeez, I hate you."
I clicked the 'off' button on the phone, letting it fall to the floor.
"Nick likes your friend," I mumbled, as she worked my jeans down my legs.
"Colleen?" she asked, quickly tugging off my boxers.
"Umm Hmmm," I murmured, pinning her down on the kitchen floor.
"No foreplay, McLean?" she giggled, as I swiftly removed her clothing.
"Not this time."
I slowly entered her, making her cry out.
I still had this idea in the back of my head that this girl was using me. But at this point, I don't care.
Nick's View
AJ was no help to me at all. Here I was, helpless little Nick, falling for his best friend's girl. At first I wanted to sleep with her because of her looks. Now I wanted to sleep with her because I liked her - a lot.
"Shit, why won't she give in to me?" I thought out loud, grabbing a Coke from my refrigerator.
The ringing of the phone brought me back to reality.
"Hello?"
"It's Brian."
I froze for a second.
"Oh, hi Bri. What's up?"
"I wanna know what's going on between you and my girlfriend."
"What are you talking about?" I asked, shifting uncomfortably.
"Every time you stop by she gets extremely weird around me. And you never used to just stop by. You only started doing that after you met her. You into her or something?"
"That doesn't matter, Brian. She's your girl and I respect that."
"But you do like her?"
"Yeah…" I muttered. I didn't feel like lying.
"Ok, Nick, I have to say this to you. Please stay away from her. You aren't in love with her, I am. This little crush you have on her will pass over soon, but I need to know that I can trust you while it lasts. I mean, you're way more good looking than me and you're her age. I don't want her falling for you. I'm sorry if that sounds horrible but I - "
"No, it's no problem. You've got nothing to worry about. She's all yours."
"Alright then. I trust you, Nick. You know I do. Why don't you come over for dinner tonight? Around 7:30."
"Sure. I'll see you then."
I hung up the phone, realizing how stupid I was to agree to go there for dinner. I couldn't keep my hands off that girl. And now I'd have to watch her and Brian. They'd probably be all over each other.
"Stupid, Nick, stupid," I muttered, burying my head in my hands.
