Chapter 1"I am so bored."
"Nick, Quit whining." Kevin glared at his friend, trying to catch some zzz's on the bus. They had decided to travel cross country by bus, and they had long hours ahead of them.
Nick pouted, but turned back to staring at the night. All five of them were on Kevin's bus not wanting to be alone. Ever since the tragic events, none of them had felt safe, unless they were together.
Nick felt a tear slide down his face, then wiped it away, so no one would notice. But AJ, just coming out of the bathroom did. He sighed.
He knew the past few days had been hard, but sinking into dispair wasnt the answer, either. "Nick's right, it is boring." He tipped his young friend a wink. Howie and Brian chose that moment to enter the back of the bus, obviously just woken up. "What's going on?" Brian asked, rubbing the sleep out of his eyes.
"Nick and AJ were complaining on how boring it is, you would have thought they would be dealing with all that has happened, not whining."
"Kev." Nick got up and sat down beside his older bandmate. "I have thought about it non stop. It breaks my heart. But if I think about it too much longer, I will go crazy. I need a break." His voice cracked on the last word.
Kevin saw the truth in Nick's words. To tell the truth, so did he. It hurt to much to think about, at least for a little while.
"So what do you suggest?" He smiled, putting his hand across Nick's and giving it a brief squeeze. "How about truth or dare?"
All eyes turned to the man who had suggested it.
"Howie? Isnt that like.. 12 yearold?" Kevin asked, while Brian just gaped. AJ looked at his best friend and grinned. Leave it up to Howie.
Nick turned and grinned at Kevin. "Why not? I think its just what we need.. something silly and goofy." A slow smile broke out on Kevin's face. Silly and goofy sounded good.
AJ grabbed soda's while Brian grabbed food. Soon they were all situated and ready to go. "So any rules?" asked Howie, leaning comfortably against a cusion.
All five of them looked at eachother and grinned. "nahh" they said in unison, after all what could possibly happen?
Alot. Hidden desires, hidden feelings, and just enjoying the moment. Alot can happen on a bus ride in the dark with plenty of time and a game of truth or dare.
"I'll go first." Howie grinned and the game began.
"Brian.. Truth or dare?" Brian smirked. "Dare." No one was really all that surprised. Brian was not as virginal as he seemed.
"I dare you to moon a passing car." The bus broke out in laughter and Brian stood up, pulling the shades up so the car down below could see the light.
Then Brian dropped his pants. He didnt mean to drop the front as well, but it just kinda happened. Kevin looked away. Nick's mouth dropped open, Aj bit his lower lip and Howie raised an eyebrow.
If anyone else had been there, they would have laughed at the expression on the boys face. "Brian.. you might want to pull up the front of your pants?"
Brian blushed. Except for Kevin, one thought was on all of their minds. They had never even thought of Brian sexually. Until now that is...
