June 2002
Everyone was high off of London and stories were pouring out from the press, "Michael startin' something with Sony" "Jacko fans uniting" I have been a fan for as long as I can remember, and have attended just about every fan event in the United States since 1998 (I know which is nothing compared to most of you but I had to start somewhere)Änow, this was big! For the first time everyone, (all the fans and fan clubs) were pulling together to support our man!! I had been soo depressed after missing London and after hearing about the NYC demo in the works I told myself I just HAD to go!! However, I was completely broke and had NO money but I just couldn't bare thinking that I would miss yet another opportunity to see & support Michael. Not only that but we always complain that Michael disses the USA. Well? This was our chance! He was coming to OUR city, to OUR party, OUR demonstration (supposedly). I couldn't miss this!

It was now 2 weeks before July 6th and panic was starting to set in. I had yet to reserve a plane ticket, hotel, or anything. I was already busy making my banners, however I still needed a miracle to get my butt up to the Big Apple. Little did I know, a miracle was in the works! :) A kind fan by the name of Jen Winings offered to help me get everything organized. THANK YOU JEN!! A few days later, I had everything setÄhotel, flight, everything! WHEW! Not only that but even though it was a holiday weekend, and had already passed the 21 day mark, my flight was under $300!! A definite first for me coming from Arizona! I was to arrive July 4, 2002, and return Monday, July 8th. The last time I went to NY was in September 2001 and I had been among the many fans ended up stranded, as you can imagine I was a little nervous going back. Especially flying on the 4th of July! Not only that but I was apprehensive about breaking the news to my parents. It was my birthday on the 3rd (not sure if that had anything to do with it), but luckily they understood and wished me a safe and fun trip. :)

I was soo exhausted prior to leaving. I had been busy making banners, and then on top of that my already crazy schedule of school and workÄI was ready for a break! (pftÄbreak? yea right! lol) Thankfully I had some help. :) One of the members of the KOP Fanatics-Phoenix came over and helped me make them (thanks Lisa!). All together we made 4. 2 were on black matt board, one reading in red paint (outlined in white) "Sony Sucks." Not too large so that if Michael was interested he could hold it during his trip down Madison Ave. hee,hee The other read "Invincible is Unbreakable" in white under a drawing of his eyes from the Invincible cover. Then we made 2 others reading, "SONY: You'll do anything for $$!" and, "No matter what you do, Iêll still be here” surrounding a drawing of Michael from "The Way You Make Me Feel."

July 4-8, 2002
As always I had stayed up the entire night prior to leaving getting everything ready and finishing some last minute projects. I had to take my roommatesê parents to the airport that morning at 4:30 am, while my flight left at 10:45 am. I returned home around 6 and decided to take a short nap before getting ready to leave (BIG MISTAKE!). As fate would have it, I ended up sleeping through my alarm and woke up at 10 am! ARGH! Of all days to sleep in!! Luckily I had already finished packing, and had everything laid out, and ready to run out the door. I missed my flight by just 5 minutes and was put on a later flight. :( I wouldn't arrive in the city until almost midnight, a full 3 hours later from my original arrival time. However, we arrived early so I was able to make my original connecting flight in Atlanta. I made it to NY on time! :) Course my luck didn't last, my luggage had been left in Atlanta. GRR! Whatever, as long as it arrived that night at my hotel I didn't care, less crap to carry into the city. lol Although I missed the fireworks and festivities I was in NYC!! I had made it! :)

The weather was very muggy but coming from Phoenix (113°F) it was nothing. The following day was supposed to be low 80s and sunny. YAY! Most all the fans were staying in 3 hotelsÄall sitting in a triangle of one another. We were at St. James, while most of MJ Unity and the performers for the party were at Bedford hotel, and then some other fans were at the Metropolitan. It was perfect, all within walking distance of each other. Right away I ran into some fans from France. While I was visiting with them, Danny Oliver happen to be strolling by. It always amazes meÄeven though NYC is soo huge we always seemed to run into everyone on the street. lol

The following day we didn't really do much. The daily routine for those first few days had been meeting together in the morning to make copies of the flyers and passing them around various parts of the city. Turns out they had been passing out no less then 1000 flyers everyday! Luckily they had found a cheap copy placeÄjust 5¢/copy. :) Friday we were to meet up at 3 pm at Virgin Megastore in Times Square and then head over to Sony Music headquarters to pass some flyers out. Unfortunately, not too many fans showed up. This was first time really seeing everyone again since September (for me) so we were delayed catching up with everyone. Hee,hee (sorry Diana!) lol A few of us split up from the group but still managed to pass some flyers out on our own. We all met up again in Deborah's suite around 6 pm to make some last minute banners, and help with some other last minute projects. Talk about a mad house! Lol About 20 or so people crammed into that one suite! People were assembling the programs for the show, Deborah had her phone ringing off the hook with last minute media coverage, merchandise everywhereÄit was insane, but yet under control (somewhat lol). Some fans later went to see Men in Black 2 that night. I had seen it back home so I decided to hang out with some of my friends from London. :) No one really knew if Michael was in town yet, or his whereabouts so we just decided to take it easy and get things ready before the next day. We all hung out at the Palace hotel where Michael had stayed in September and a few other trips to NY since, so needless to say it had turned into the make shift meeting place for everyone. Around midnight we all went back to our hotels anticipating the day to come.

Even though I had been exhausted I managed to wake up pretty early that day. Course it couldn't be because we would be seeing Michael that day, nooo. lol Jen and I left early and met up with Caroline (aka Porky) to make some last minute copies (yet again)..h.ad to make sure we had enough to pass out! Almost everyone was broke so our meals had been very minimal, although we always managed to have enough water. :) I managed to grab a muffin on the way (although I only ate about half of it). We met up with everyone at the Palace around noon. The demo was to begin at 1 pm, located about 5 blocks North of where we were at. I had taken a portfolio suitcase to carry my banners but once I reached the Palace everyone was asking, "How are you going to run with that when you see Michael?" Hmmm, good question! So I decided to quickly run back to our hotel (just 6 blocks away) to drop it off. By the time I got back everyone had left!!! I ran into Gayle (Escobar) who had managed to stay and wait for me. Thanks!!! We were off to the demo!

Walking to the scene I was very anxious as most of us were. Would there be enough press? Enough fans? Would we disappoint Michael? We arrived just a few minutes late and already cops had barricaded the entire side of the street. A TON of press were there already interviewing anyone with Michael paraphernalia on them. It was really cool however I'd say only about 100-150 fans were there at that time. Luckily that number grew to about 300 or so, not counting the bystanders by the end of the demo (quite contrary to what has been reported on the news). :) Ok so I had 5 banners/posters with me and obviously I could not hold them all up on my own so I went down the line of fans handing out my banners to various fans. lol Of course I had written my name and all my contact info on the back just in case MIchael received them he know who was behind the making of them. :) Michael had mentioned to MJ Unity that he would be arriving somewhere around 3 pm. A smart move on his part because as we all know once Michael would come and go no one was going to stay around. lol Only thing I was worried about was the time we had in between the demo and the party. The demo was to end around 4:30 pm, while the party was starting at Webster Hall (downtown) at 6! MOst of my friends that I had gone with were lucky and had seated seats which meant they didn't have to stand in line for first come first serve. They would have a good view either way. How was I going to have time to walk back to the hotel, change and get ready, leave and arrive at Webster Hall with enough time to get a good spot?!? Guess I would find out...

The demo as a whole went really well. At first it was difficult to get the fans to spread out mainly because everyone was crowded around the sound system. Eventually people did so the banners were more readable :) Donna had asked me to sell some buttons for our club that day. She had made about 400 for MJ Unity, and then for our club another 100 saying "USA luvs MJJ" and "Proud to be an American MJ Fan." Both sold really well! I ended up selling ours in just 10 minutes! Good thing too because I wanted to make sure I had a good spot for when Michael showed up. :) Everyone had been chanting with Richard O'Dell and Joseph Yenish leading the chants. Eventually people began asking for Invincible to be played. Joe told me they needed a boom box so they could hook it up to the sound system. They had mis-understood and brought a portable CD player instead. Jen and I quickly ran back to our hotel to grab one, however by the time we returned they had already found one. Grrr $10 spent for nothing. lol Ah well, so much for that. Many people were beginning to stop by, and inquire what was going on. Then around 2:30 pm they announced that Michael was on his way!! AHH!!! EVeryone was getting soo antsy (naturally)...even the cops!! The majority of the fans were behind the barricades but I wasn't about to get caught behind them. I wanted soo bad to be able to meet Michael (as did the other 300 people there. lol) but more so...I wanted to see what it was really like, the whole chaos of it all. I got my camera ready, made sure everything in my bag was tight and secure and went to try and meet up with Michael's bus once it arrived. :)

I can't really describe what it was like to actually see everything in person. I mean you see footage of people chasing after Michael in the middle of the street on TV however to be there in person is quite a different story!! Now if I'm wrong, fans please correct me as this was my first real experience. Thanks! hee,hee Neway, so you get your pictures back and everything is a blurred mess and then people ask you...what went wrong? Strange thing happens...you see Michael and your feet just GO! lol It's almost like your legs have a mind of their own...at the same time everything seems to be running in slow motion. Not only that but you feel like you're about to die because usually you've had barely anything (if anything at all) to eat and drink, and you've been running on VERY little sleep...adrenaline only lasts so long. lol Eventually you stop, either because Michael has left or simply because your body can not run anymore and hopefully by this time you're not getting sick on the sidewalk, or worse yet have passed out. lol You come to your senses only to realize you have no idea how far you've ran and that you're in the middle of some busy intersection in the middle of Manhatten. LOL! Sound familiar? lol

Anyway, stupid me decided to try it out with the pros (European/French fans, etc).lol Don't ask me why. lol We all walked up a few blocks to get to Michael's bus first. It was about 3:30 by then, as usual Michael was running a bit late. A little? lol pft! We ended up waiting for over an hour however even though a whole hour had passed it felt more like 15 minutes. As many of you know some fans had been allowed on the bus with Michael in London so naturally everyone figured it would be the same in NY. As time passed I began to think...ok most likely these other fans will be allowed on the bus, what are the chances that I will? Exactly! lol We were now more then 4 blocks down from the demo so I decided to walk back a bit so I wouldn't have to run so far. Of course JUST when I decided this Michael's bus turned the corner!!!

Once we spotted the bus, it seemed like a split second everyone was at the door trying to get in. Unfortunately, they weren't letting anyone on and so the chase commenced. lol I don't know why but I assumed the bus would slow down a little bit, or that I would at least be able to keep up with it, and the other fans. WRONG! OMG the bus arrived and all of a sudden (like Darketa said)...u see Michael and your feet just take off. lol For the first few blocks there were about 20 or so fans running after it. Then...complete chaos!!! We were weaving in and out of cops & ourselves(sorry Justin!!lol) . lol Paparazzi were EVERYWHERE-->even though I can't STAND the paparazzi, you gotta give them props for running like that with all that camera equipment...that takes some talent! LOL course they're still jerks but anyway...as I was saying...lol but sadly I was unable to keep up. Grrr If only I had kept up my running 3 days a week, maybe I would have had been in better shape. lol I quickly looked around me and it was almost like a dream. Up ahead, I could see Michael reaching for banners. All around me cabs were in every direction it seemed like, waiting for me to move my dumb butt out of the street. lol it was hilarious. By the time I arrived (about a minute or so later-seemed like hours), Michael had already began to drive off.

I had chased the bus again for another 2 blocks but decided to go back rather then continue chasing it so I could get a good spot when it came around the second time. By this time a whole 3-4 blocks of Madison Ave had come to a complete stop. Employees from the various shops that lined the street were running outside trying to catch a glimpse. It was the neatest thing! Luckily the bus came around again, and again fans ran up to try and hand their banners to Michael. I ended up running into Danny Oliver who btw, had been stuck at rehearsals. Neway, so I run into Danny with his video camera..."REBECCA!! AHH! LOOK, IT'S MICHAEL!!!! AHHH!!!!" lol After some quick maneuvers around a cop I managed to get on the other side of the bus by where the rest of the fans were and ended up running directly under MJ!!!! AHHHH! OMG he looked AMAZING!!! (as always). I was yelling at the top of my lungs trying to hand my banner to him when he noticed me (!!!) and tried reaching down for my banner!! AHH!!!! I had been pushed into the bus, and from there a cop pushed me back and well needless to say I lost my spot and was unable to reach him. He ended up grabbing some guys banner that was just an inch away from mine! :*( Darn it if only I were an inch taller! grrrr! lol! At least I know Michael saw the banner and actually liked it.:) I had snapped a few pictures which hopefully won't turn out to be a blurred mess. Just another block and the bus began picking up momentum yet again. The cops had just about doubled in number and were being VERY rude, pushing fans back, even hitting some with their night sticks! grrr Finally Michael turned the corner and was gone. :( I turned back and everyone was in a daze...some people were just arriving "MIchael JAckson was just here? Nahhh you can't mean the REAL Michael Jackson!" Um YEAH! Duh, who else could cause this much chaos and shut down 4 blocks like this? lol I ran into Sandy (Stadler) parents who bravely enough had managed to bare the chaos and capture the scene (can't wait to see the photos).

Fans chased Michael for another 4 blocks or so, but I had had it. I rarely ever get sick, but I really felt like I was going to pass out. It was now nearly 4:30 and I hadn't had anything to drink or eat since 9 that morning. As expected I had lost everyone that I had roomed with, or even recognized so I decided to just walk back to the hotel and meet up with them there. The walk back was agony let me tell you! Neway, so yea I was simply exhausted after those few sprints after MJ. I don't know how I walked all the way back to my hotel, I could already feel the blisters forming on my feet, my legs felt like complete jello and I had about 11 blocks to go...lol I was dying for water but of course when I needed it there was no deli nor hot dog stand in site. lol I finally arrive back at the hotel only to find out I had to walk up 8 flights of stairs (cuz of elevator maint. grrr!). lol OMG!! I seriously thought I was going to die. lol I had planned to just change and go but after all that...well ugh I had to get ready all over again.lol Sandy arrived a few minutes later, followed by Jen and some others. I forgot to mention...we had about 9(!!) people rooming with us! Yea, talk about crazy...9 people, 1 queen size bed, 1 bathroom. lol It's amazing we didn't kill each other. lol Neway so we got ready really quick and jumped in a cab on our way to the party. :)

We arrived at the party around 5:30 pm. The entire block had already been barricaded off. They had NYPD at each end checking for tickets. whoa! Sadly we were pretty late and the lines were already VERY long. How was I going to get a good spot? Both Jen and Sandy had seated seats so they didn't have to wait in line. :( Only other fan I knew with a standing ticket at that point was Sean. Amazingly I ran into him right away, but then began to panic again after noticing how far back the line was. The security was RIGHT about to kick us to the back of the line when we spotted Joe Yenish. Luckily he saw us and let us in right away (THANKS JOE!!!). :) Everything looked just wonderful, the place was already packing up VERY quickly. We said our hellos, & quickly picked our spot to get ready for the show to begin....

WOW!! What a show!! All of the performers did a wonderful job! I truly enjoyed every minute. :) I had lucked out and got a pretty good spot near the front, right side of the stage. Unfortunately though we were pretty much packed in like sardines and didn't have much room to breathe. My legs and back were KILLING me ...I was sooo tired by then & omg soo hungry! (I don't know how u guys made it in Munich '99.lol) They had some wonderful and unique performers, one inparticular-a Caribbean dance troop who performed to "They Don't Care ABout Us," (loved their colorful costumes)! Michael showed up about an hour or so into the show. WOW! He had changed of course into his signature black embroidered jacket, with matching black glove. hee,hee We all chanted for about 10 minutes or so when he arrived, everything from "Michael Rocks" to "SONY SUCKS!" at times Michael stood up and joined the chants himself! hee,hee It was awesome! :) I was right under him so I couldn't really see him too well, unless he stood up but it was ok. I had a good view of the stage. :)

Highlights for me had to be seeing all of my friends perform. :) I was soo happy and proud to see their dreams of performing for Michael become reality. Navi and the other impersonators did a WONDERFUL job! Danny Oliver performed 2 numbers, the '95 medley and then Jam. :) Danny>>you were AMAZING as always! ;) I can't believe Michael was going crazy when u started moonwalking in a circle!! I'm so happy for you! You're truly a WONDERFUL dancer! ;) Simone Maurice (another good friend of mine) performed a medley from I believe it was 2000 Watts. Simone>> YOU GO GIRL! I'm soo proud of you! You did sooo good!! You got to perform in front of THE man!! AHHH!!! Can you believe it?!?! I have to admit though seeing E'CASANOVA perform for the first time was probably the best part for me (besides Michael of course--duh! lol). :) I have been good friends with E'CAS for close to 4-5 years now and until Sunday had never once see him perform live in person. I think his tribute was perfect! Even though I was a little disappointed when I first heard that he wouldn't be performing as Michael it turned out even better. ;) I don't mean disappointed as in I think he could have done a better performance because that's not it at all...I think he did a wonderful job! He had become a legend to me and to others in the fan world. E'CASANOVA is the #1 tribute act in the world so it's only natural that I had been eager to see the man in action. I guess they had anticipated that reaction because they showed a 2-3 minute clip highlighting his career impersonating MJ. :) That was really nice to watch. :) I look back now and I think it was actually a really smart move on E'CASANOVA's part. Like he said himself, "How can I do Superman when Superman is in the house?" Exactly. Cas performed a beautiful song he had written especially for Michael called, "The Laughter in We". **official lyrics are found at the end of the report A video played in the background of various clips of Michael with children, and of nature...it was really nice! He concluded his performance by giving a short speech about his over 10 year long career performing his tribute act & being a fan and read a poem that he wrote for Michael. The fans & MICHAEL HIMSELF(!) went NUTS over! Michael even gave him a standing ovation at the end! YAY!! WAY TO GO CAS!!! :) Later, they had a raffle for about 5 meet and greets and 2 signed black fedoras. As usual I was not part of the lucky ones, however one of our KOP Fanatic members won!! Congrates!!! She got to meet Michael after the show, get an autograph and a picture by his personal photographer. :*( Oh well, maybe next time. :*(

The show came to an end and it was finally time to present Michael with the award. :) Nigel (the designer) came out to give his speech. OMG his speech!! AWESOME work but did he HAVE to give a 20 min speech about it? hee,hee j/k! It was nice, but a bit long...the audience got brutal even chanting at one point "We want Michael!". Yea, it was bad. lol I think it had more to do with the fact that everyone was simply exhausted from everything that day and quite cranky by that time. lol Finally..."Without further adue...here to receive an award made BY the fans, FROM the fans...MICHAEL JACKSON!" AHHH!!!!! WOW did he look amazing! I can't tell you, even though you see him numerous times before, you can never get over how GORGEOUS he is in person! WOW! He looked sooo great!! ;) Unfortunately, once Michael appears in front of you everything else seems to be a blur (at times even including what he says. lol). opps! He went to each side of the stage to greet those who were seated on the side of the stage (seated tickets), shook their hands and took any banners/gifts they had for him. One banner which read "Go Back to Hell Mattolla" with a picture of Mattolla depicted as the Devil caught his attention (hahaha GREAT idea Isabelle!!HAHAHA!). He asked for it and held it up high saying, "This says it all". As he came to our side the darn security guard stood RIGHT in front of us (of course that would be my luck) so we were unable to take any pictures. (I could have killed them! GRR). He blew a few kisses to the crowd and was gone. THat's it?!? Uh, Michael!? You forgot the award!! lol opps! He came back out and shook Nigel's hand, quickly looked over the award and gave a quick bow in thanks...patted the award and was off yet again...sadly this time for good. =(

Although it was VERY quick, it was awesome seeing Michael at a USA organized event. He looked as though he genuinely appreciated and enjoyed the show. :) Afterwards everyone quickly filed out as soon as Michael left the stage so we could see him outside. First I had to grab some water or I would have definitely passed out. Can you believe I paid $4 for a TINY bottle of water?!? UGH! AT that point though, I didn't care...I needed fluids! Some fans had even been escorted out of the crowd during the show due to exhaustion & dehydration! Can you believe that? The things we go through to see Michael. lol Neway, we quickly ran outside and saw that the limo was already waiting for Michael. Unfortunately, the cops were waiting for us. grrr. They had again barricaded the entire block and were telling us to "GET BEHIND THE BARRICADES!!" Uh huh suuuure like that was going to work. lol Most of us ran to the end of the block and waited for him there. Within 5 minutes Michael was in the limo and it slowly began to leave. I had my banner out and ready to give to him. Once it turned onto the main road we were off once again. This time it slowed almost to a stop and we all ran up to his window which he had lowered just a bit touching the hands of fans. :) Justin & Sandy had managed to work their way in, Michael had recognized them, and was talking to Justin when cops came up and VERY roughly grabbed everyone and pushed us back. HOW RUDE! Michael wasn't even getting mad or anything and these cops get on their little power trip and began pushing and beating fans back. grrr! the nerve! In my opinion, the fans weren't at all as bad as the cops made it out to be. Michael's limo began to gain speed and although we ran for another few blocks no one was able to catch it. :( That was that...the last time I would see Michael. :( I found everyone pretty quickly this time around and we all went back to the hall to meet and greet the performers.

Everyone was soo exhausted but still high from seeing Michael. I met up with Cas, and a few others & ended up hanging out in front of the hall for another 30 minutes or so. Sadly both Cas and Simone were leaving the following day so I didn't get a chance to spend much time with them. :( Janna and I ran into Danny Oliver and Pammy (his fiancé :), & decided to go out to eat. :) By the time we had everything situated and Danny had dropped all his stuff off at their hotel it was past midnight! Thank goodness most places in NY are 24 hours. lol We went to the infamous Sbarros eatery and seemed like we inhaled our pizza. lol I was never so happy to be eating in my life. lol We all had a wonderful time and a few hours later said goodnight and were off to our respected hotels. Janna had come to join us from Long Island so I went back with her to Penn Station to wait for her train. The thing didn't come until 3 am, after which I caught my train back to Times Square. Needless to say I didn't get back until close to 3:30 am. MAN!! WHAT a day! lol

I didn't really sleep well that night, sleeping on the floor with a few towels just isn't that comfortable. lol No one really had anything planned for the following day...just trying to locate where Michael was staying. They had this HUGE fair/market that day on 6th Ave (right by our hotel) so Sandy and I walked around a bit and later met up with her parents for lunch. BTW>>THANK YOU Mr. & Mrs. Stadler for lunch!! :) I honestly think that was the most I had eaten in over 3 days. lol After that we met up with everyone at the Palace hotel (yet again). Didn't really do much the rest of the day, just kinda hung out with everyone. Later that night Navi stopped by really quick to say hello and good bye. hee,hee Just after he arrived we FINALLY discovered that Michael was staying in Long Island!! Can you believe that?!? Just 5 miles from where Janna lives!! lol Go figure!

In just a split second everyone had jumped in the nearest cab and were off to Long Island. By this time it was already close to 9pm. I was soo broke, and just Sandy, myself and a few other fans were left at the Palace. The cab fare was $75 but luckily after running into a really sweet girl from Sweden, Sandy, myself and the other girl (ARGH, sorry I forgot your name but u know who u are ;) hopped in a cab. We only had $50 for the fare and to our luck...he decided to drive us! YAY! However, we got lost numerous times on the way and didn't make it until over an hour later. By the time we arrived the hotel security had caught on and kicked EVERYONE off of the property. Even from walking on their side of the street! Whatever!! The cops showed up but nothing really happened, actually they were a bit amussed meeting Michael Jackson fans. :) We waited around for about an hour or so but then decided to head back. I said good-bye to everyone since my flight was leaving around 6 am the next morning, we hopped on the Long Island Railroad and were on our way back to Manhattan. K, so that was a waste of $50 but whatever. lol I was sooo exhausted but had no time to sleep. Not only that but I hadn't eaten since 11 that morning, it was now 3 am & I was STARVING! I finished packing and walked down to McD's to get something to eat while waiting for my shuttle. For once I was early! I got to the airport 2 hours before my flight left...first thing the agent said.."Man, u look tired!!" Gee thanks, why don't you just say I look like crap!!! hee,hee Neway, I boarded the plane and was out as soon as I hit the seat. lol I slept the entire way home, and once I got home...barely made it to my bed. lol Overall, it was another WONDERFUL, fun & exciting adventure. :) Even though we only saw Michael that one day, and no one really got to meet him (at time of writing this), I still had a really good time. It was soo nice It was great seeing everyone again after such a long time, and meeting new faces. :) I hope everyone had as much fun as I did. I look forward to our next adventure...

THE LAUGHTER IN WE

VERSE 1

THERE ARE THOSE TIMES OF LAUGHTER WE SHARE
THERE ARE THOSE TIMES OF HATE AND PAIN WE BARE
THERE ARE THOSE DAYS WHEN WE WISH TO HIDE AND RUN AWAY

BUT COME THOSE TIMES IT IS BEST BE STRONG
OUR INPIREATION COMES FROM MICHAEL JACKSON SONGS
AND BECAUSE OF HIM WE CAN ACHIEVE THOSE GOALS WE SET OUT TO DO

CHORUS

BECAUSE OF MICHAEL I SEE THE LAUGHTER IN WE
SOMETIMES WE'LL CRY A SAD SAD SONG
THE MELODY IN THE TEARS HAS BROUGHT THE LAUGHTER IN FEARS
OF THE WORLD WE ALL LIVE ON

BECAUSE OF MICHAEL I SEE THE LAUGHTER IN WE
SOMETIMES WE'LL CRY A SAD SAD SONG
THE MELODY IN THE TEARS HAS BROUGHT THE LAUGHTER IN FEARS
OF THE WORLD WE ALL LIVE ON

VERSE 2

A PARENT'S LOVE IS FOR THEM TO GIVE
THEY LEARN FROM THE WORLD AND THEY TEACH THEIR KIDS
THESE TIMES THEY LIVE IN
LOVE RESPECT STARTS FROM THE HEART WITHIN

AND A HAPPINESS
SPARKED BY THE KING OF POP'S MAGIC DREAM
