No. 4 - Balancing Acts with Balls and Cats
Bored while waiting for The Girls to appear on stage?... Sound system failed yet again?
Follow Lindsay`s helpful instructions for Puurrrfect Balancing!
Stage 1
| 1. |
Take one medium sized light-weight ball (any colour). |
| 2. |
Tip your head back and attempt to balance the ball on the end of your nose. |
| 3. |
If the ball keeps falling off then just keep at it... it will eventually balance there.
|
| |
| |
Repeat steps 2 and 3 until satisfied. |
| |
| |
Congratulations! Take a rest or dance a little, then, when you`re ready, progress to stage 2. |
| |
Stage 2
Now that you have managed to balance the ball, let`s try it with a cat!
| 1. |
Take one cat (any colour), place the ball on the floor and teach the cat to balance on top of the ball.
Lift the ball and cat in the air until the cat is happy balancing 6 feet from the ground.
|
| 2. |
Tip your head back and balance the ball on the end of your nose, whilst keeping
the cat balanced on top of the ball.
|
| |
| |
Repeat steps 1 and 2 until satisfied |
| |
| |
If all goes well, then both the cat and the ball should be Puurfectly Balanced!
Congratulations!
|
| |
Bonus points can be scored for twitching your nose while performing this trick!
Adding extra balls and/or cats to the stack may prove difficult (unless you throw them up)
Remember... Cats always land on all 4 paws at once.... No matter from what height they fall from.
Kids! Please note: Playing Keepy Uppies with the cat is not recommended....
