“Nick, don’t say that. You’ve just gone about relationships in the wrong way. In case you didn’t know, hot passionate sex does not replace trust as a foundation in a relationship.” Kevin spoke to his younger brother sitting beside him.
“So what are you saying Kevin?”
“I’m saying that you should try to befriend that person first. Build a foundation then if you feel you’re ready, move onto a romantic relationship with that person. Maybe that will give you the closeness you’re longing for.” Kevin said as he ran his hand up and down Nick’s back.
“Thanks Kevin. I love you.” Nick leaned in and placed a soft kiss on Kevin’s lips. It wasn’t anything romantic or sexual. It was just something that he and Kevin had always done. They would cuddle and kiss but never took it further than that.
“I love you too Nicky.” Kevin smiled back at the younger man as he got up and headed for the door. “I’ll see you later Nicky.” He said and walked out the door, leaving Nick alone in his room.
After playing with his video games for a while, Nick decided to call someone to join him. He was getting bored of being alone. He dialed Brian’s hotel room and waited for him to answer.
”Hello?”
“Hey Brian. Are you doing anything?”
“Not really. Why?”
“Because I’m kind of… well actually, totally bored. Do you mind coming down to my room so we can play some video games together?”
“I’ll be right down Frack.”
“Thanks Frick.”
