Attention All MJ Fan Clubs And Fans: As many of you know, Total Request Live, aka, "TRL" is VERY popular among the young people of America. It's become a staple for the teen & college crowds. Taped LIVE on MTV in New York City's infamous TIMES SQUARE. With it's host, Carson Daly, every weekday we wait anxiously to see who will be the number 1 video of the day or who will make that unexpected SURPRISE appearance in the studios??? Set on the 2nd floor, the TRL studios are smack in the middle of Times Square, with floor to ceiling windows! Whether you're across the street at Virgin Mega Store, or directly below it, you can see everything that's going on as it's being taped! The curb side has become quite popular among fans! Just before and after commercial breaks the MTV cameras tape fans down on the street begging to get in. At times they'll even send one of the VJ's down to interview them. Fans are out in full force showing their love for their icon. Now wouldn't you love to see Michael on this show? It's about time Michael gets the respect he deserves! Young artists today are screaming Michael! Everyone from *N'Sync, to Destiny's Child, & Britney Spears, all cite him as their main influence in music and dance. Their videos reflect those of Thriller & Dangerous days. September 7, 2001 Michael is performing his all star, 30 year Anniversary Tribute. The King Of Pop Fanatics have been informed by MTV that they will be filming TRL in front of the New York Metropolitan Opera House on September 6th, rather than at Times Square. As most of you know, the MTV Video Music Awards are also on September 6th and is being held at the Metropolitan Opera House. Because of this, MTV has decided to broadcast TRL at the red carpet/celebrity arrival area located in front of the Opera House. So, our Project MJ/massive show of MJ support at TRL is STILL going ahead as planned, however, our location for September 6th will now be held in front of the New York Metropolitan Opera House. This actual works out better because after the TRL show is over, MTV will be filming celebrity arrivals at the red carpet area and this will give us another oppertunity to show everyone at the VMA's our united support for MICHAEL!!!!! Celebrities arriving at the VMA's, and the entire world television audience, will see us there with signs and banners supporting the KING OF POP!!!!! How cool is that??!!!! Sept. 6th: Please note, our Project MJ support plans have not changed, we are simply changing the LOCATION to the Opera House on September 6th.
