(SYNOPSIS)
After the defeat of Galaxia, the Empress of the Nega Moon, Soliqua, resurrected the evil Queen Beryl. Queen Beryl has proclaimed herself as Demi Beryl, the Demon Dragon Scout. Demi Beryl sought out the four outer scouts. Demi Beryl first encounters Sailor Saturn. Sailor Saturn is ambushed. Demi Beryl destroys Sailor Saturn's Clave. Demi Beryl captures Sailor Saturn and delivers her to Soliqua where she watched everything unfold in the Negaverse. Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune sense the new threat and summon Sailor Pluto for help. The Trio teleport to the Negaverse without knowing that Queen Beryl is back and more powerful than ever. After a quick fight the scouts are easily defeated by Demi Beryl. Demi Beryl uses her Nega Moon Staff to retrieve the three talismans and delivers them to Soliqua. Soliqua uses the Submarine Mirror to create five evil Sailor Scouts. Sailor Nega Moon,Sailor Comet,Sailor Meteor,Sailor Nebula, and Sailor Nova. Demi Beryl wields the Space Sword and Garnet Orb Staff. With rage in her veins, Sailor Saturn begins to glow and attacks Demi Beryl with her last breath. Sailor Saturn wields the Nega Moon Staff that Demi Beryl dropped on the floor. As she grabs it, a power is released from inside her that she never knew was there. The Star Dragon inside her was released. It told the scouts to call out his power to defeat their enemies. All at once they called out "Saturn Dragon Power!", "Uranus Dragon Power!", "Neptune Dragon Power!", "Pluto Dragon Power!" and transform into Star Dragon Sailor Scouts. With a blink of an eye, Soliqua, returns the new Star Dragon Scouts back to Earth. Demi Beryl and her Evil Sailor Scouts plot thier next attack on Earth.
Sailor Moon gathers up the Scouts at Sailor Mars' Temple. Sailor Jupiter,Sailor Mini Moon,Sailor Venus, and Sailor Mercury were hanging out at the mall. They all hurry up to Sailor Mars' and are in shock to see the Outer Sailor Scouts are at the dojo. Sailor Saturn calls out "Saturn Dragon Power!" and transforms into Dragon Sailor Saturn. The Inner Scouts are amazed at the sight of the Star Dragon. The Star Dragon speaks to Sailor Moon and tells her that she shall be tested to her limits once again. The Star Dragon grants Sailor Moon half of his Heart. The Star Dragon then grants the other half to Sailor Mini Moon. Sailor Mini Moon is excited and accpets the gift. The Star Dragon tells Sailor Moon and Sailor Mini Moon to call out "Moon Dragon Heart Power!" whenever they are in danger. The Star Dragon dismisses himself and tells them that all his being will be divided upon all the Scouts. As he says this, he begins to disappear. The scouts begin to glow and their hidden sigils on their foreheads glow and shoot out a beam of Star Dragon Power. And so the new adventures begin....
