Mercedes started playing with the gold cross around her neck.
"What's that?" Nick asked her.
"Oh, it's my cross necklace. It's very special to me," she told him.
"It's real nice. Hey, do you like Nintendo?" he asked her.
"Yeah, I love it! Do you have a thing here so we could play?" Mercedes asked.
"Always." He went over to set everything up. Once he had it set up, the two of them sat down to play.
"Hey! She's coming too!" A.J. said kind of loudly. Everyone got up and went over to see.
"What happened?" Cassidy asked.
"You fainted. How do you feel?" Leigh said.
"OK, I guess. Where are we?"
"In the hotel room," A.J. answered. Cass sat up and A.J. sat down beside her. Nick and Mercedes went back to nintendo and everyone else went back to what they were doing. "So tell me something about you," A.J. said to Cass.
"Like what?" she said.
"Like stuff. How old you are, what kind of stuff you like, that kind of stuff," A.J. said.
"Ok. I'm 20 and I like the color green, music, singing, dancing, acting, Mickey D's, pizza, lots of sleep," she told him.
"Cool. Maybe someday we'll go to Mickey D's and sleep in late."
A few hours passed by and they were all hungry so they ordered a pizza. When they were done with the pizza, it was 9:00 pm and they were all tired.
"Do you girls wanna stay with us tonight, seeing as it's late and we're all tired?" Kev asked them.
"OK!" piped up Cass.
"Cassidy Starr!" her friend said warningly.
"Thanx, but no thanx. I'll drive us home," Mercedes said.
"No, pleaz stay. We have another room so we could bunk up. This room only has two rooms, but the other one has three," Nick said.
Mercedes couldn't resist him. "Oh, OK. Who's with who?" she asked.
"Um...well me and Leigh, Kev and Kris, Howie and Suzie, and however you guys wanna go. Two boys, Two girls, one of each."
"One of each sounds good," A.J. said.
"J, can I talk to you real fast?" Nick asked.
"Yeah, OK." A.J. walked over to Nick.
"I don't know how I feel about 'one of each'. I hardly know her," he said.
"Yeah, but you like her. I can tell by the way you look at her."
"Yeah, I do...I guess...but-"
"OK then. You and Mercedes and me and Cass."
