I love animals. Dogs are my favorite. I always wanted a black lab to name Pepper. To my complete shock I found out that my cousin Paul owned my dream dog-a sweet tempered female black lab that he named Pepper! If she didn't belong to my favorite cousin I would do almost anything to own her. I doubt I'll ever find another dog I love as much as her. I love Abby-my best friends dog-too. But not like I love Pepper. I love Doggie-the little puppy who belongs to someone else up in Maine-but she's already got a family. I love Pogo-but she's in Washington state or Oregon or some place like that. I had two guinea pigs-Spot and Squeaker, but squeaker died (I cried for sooo long, I still miss him!) and spot got depressed and wouldn't eat so I gave him to the petting zoo.

As of September 2000 a story has been on TV about a man named Lyle who supposedly was cruel towards the animals under his care. I've known and dealt with Lyle since I was 10. When Spot got his foot caught and nearly lost it, he nursed Spot for a week. I've seen how he runs his facility and how he treats his animals. I've seen the behind the scenes actions, and all the claims of that one spiteful woman are lies. Lyle loves animals. He lives to see children learn about them, watch them, enjoy them. Such cruelty isnt in him. He's worked long and hard to get his petting zoo where it is, and if he shows so much concern over such a tiny guinea pig, how could he abuse a larger animal? If he's so careful of any living animal-how can anyone validly convict him of such cruelty? I hope that woman chokes for spewing such lies and ruining his business. The town of Ipswich stands firmly behind him-we know him, we worked for him as little kids-volunteering to help out for free, just so we could work with the animals, and love them as much as he did. We know him, we know his values, and we know he didn't mistreat any of gods creatures.
