Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his saltness, wherewith will ye season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace one with another.4.
"Submit to God and be at peace with him; in this way prosperity will come to you. Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. 5.
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.6.
And if the son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon it: if not, it shall turn to you again 7.
And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.8.
You show that you are a letter from Christ, the result of our ministry, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts. 9.
Such confidence as this is ours through Christ before God. Not that we are competent in ourselves to claim anything for ourselves, but our competence comes from God.10
To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace. The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way. 11.
And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void of offence toward God, and toward men. 12.
I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. 13.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.14.
be ye blessed all for Gods word is a most wonderful taste in the mouth of all who taste it, yet we must all share this most great bread daily with one another.15
