I will never ever forget the look on JC's face when Joey opened a gag gift from my sister and myself at the group at the Teen People party. Poor Justin was standing there completely quiet, and Chris was all but rolling on the ground laughing. JC started pacing ... "OMG, OMG, OMG" and Joey began to read the directions out loud He started off slow..."Not a pad, tampon or liner, IN SYNC is the newest form in light flow protection. Held in place naturally between the la ...... OH MY GAWD!!!" (JOEY) He couldn't find the guts to say Labia! HAHAHA
My sister and I found a small box of FEMININE PRODUCTS at the supernarket and they were titled "IN SYNC!!!" The group was coming to town that next week, so we bought it, wrapped it - and prepared to give it to them.
It was the most PRICELESS reaction I have ever seen ... Lance was in the dressing room so he missed out, but the other 4 - it was so funny to watch them realize that we had just given them feminine products in their name. We were cracking up so hard there wasn't any time to take a picture!
Chris was just laughing the way he usually does. I said "They are for when N Sync has got the flow ....!" and JC yelled "DON'T EVEN GO THERE!!!" Chris shook his head violently, and spoke up "No, it's for when N Sync has got to STOP the flow ...." and of course Joey was grinning like his own happy self "THESE ARE SOOOOOO MINE, I CAN USE THEM WHEN I GET A NOSEBLEED!!!!!!" (Inside joke cause Joey has big nops)
Poor Justin though, stood there speechless the whole time. My sister assured and reassured him that it was just a joke. I'd have to say that is definitely one of the most memorable experiences I"ve had with N Sync .... although there WAS the silly string ..... but that's a whole other story.
