Jaded

I used to love you
You said you'd never change
You said you'd never bend
But your back is hurting now
From the weight of your world
That you insist to carry on your own shoulders
Instead of letting someone help you
Which I am more than glad to do.
You were someone I could respect
Someone I could agree with
Someone I could love.
But now you have been jaded by this secret world
That I am not a part of
The world you won't let me into
The world you hold in your palm.
