Arcade and Walk on the Beach With Nick
7:25 p.m.
You are quickly tying your shoes and checking your hair when the doorbell rings. You run across the hallway and swing open the door, and there is Nick, Nick Carter! He hands you a sunflower and says:
"Hi, I'm Nick, in case you didn't know, how are you tonight?" He is just as sweet as you expected.
"Fine, very excited," you respond shakily.
He puts out his hand and you take it as you walk to his forest green land rover. He very nicely opens your door for you and helps you into your seat. How sweet is he?
"I thought we'd go to my favorite arcade and then watch the sunset on the beach. How does that sound?"
You are a little dissappointed about going to the arcade but your up for the sunset so you just go with what Nick wants, cuz you are just happy to be spending time with the one and only Nick Carter.
8:45 p.m.
You and Nick are having a great time competing in such games as, NBA Jams, Mortal Combat, and Street Fighter. You both have your share of wins but at the end of the night, you end up with the most wins, assuming Nick let you win a few times. You also have tons of stuffed animals won through the doll machines and from all your winning tickets. You are actually enjoying yourself much more then you expected too.
"You ready to head over to the beach now?" Nick asks.
"Sure, sounds great!"
11:25 p.m.
You and Nick have just had the most romantic walk on the beach. You splashed around in the water, build some crazy things in the sand, but mostly you walked hand in hand and talked about all your favorite things and you find out you have a lot in common and really like each other. After your long walk together, Nick opens his bookbag and pulls out a blanket and lays it over the sand. He then takes out another blanket. You sit down next to each other and he wraps the blanket tightly around both of you. You cuddle up closely and he says:
"I had a great time tonight. I was a little nervous cuz I didn't know if you were gonna treat me like A backstreet boy or just treat like a human being. But you never even once mentioned the band and that is so cool. It makes me like you even more." You are blown away! Nick was nervous to be with you? And this whole time he liked you for just being you. You feel all gitty and glowy inside but respond as calmly as possible:
"I enjoyed spending all this time with you too. And I really did see you as a regular guy. I mean, at first I was so excited cuz you are Nick Carter. But the more we hung out, the less I thought of you as a star and the more I thought of you as a regular guy."
"That is one of the greatest things anyone has ever said to me. Thank you so much."
He leans in and you slowly start kissing and you are ecstatic! Nick drives you home and before you leave the car, he gives you a kiss goodnight. When you shut the car door, you can't believe the night is over but will remember it for the rest of your life.
