The 1999 Billboard Music Awards

From the good, the bad, and the ugly, they were all there that night!!! First off, we have to congratulate the Backstreet Boys who won three awards-Album of the Year, Album Artist (whatever that is), best Duo/Group, and the highest honor of the night-Artist of the Year. Next we would like to say, Nick should never be allowed out looking like that ever ever again!!! That was just plain wrong.
