*YT Code of Conduct:

Youngstown Street Team
Rules and Regulations
And Leaders Code of Conduct

The Youngstown Street Team was formed for the sole purpose of promoting the three gentlemen who make up the singing group known as Youngstown. Anyone is welcome to join the team however there are very specific rules that need to be applied to each member.

The first and MOST important thing to remember is we are all a TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More), YES that is right, regardless of what STATE you may reside in, the TEAM is to be UNITED and that means not only Nationwide but Globally as well. NO competition will be tolerated, unless of course it is of a healthy nature and in the best interest of the group (example-a contest between states).

The purpose of the YTStreetTeam EGroups (Our online community) is so that members of the team can share news and ideas specifically relating to the team and the guys. There at no time will be allowed any idle gossip, back-lashing or discussion of the guys that may include any LEWD (that means Indecent) or Unsavory comments, you will also refrain from using Foul Language. As a member we ask you promote the guys ALWAYS in a professional and positive manner.

LEADERS- ALL of these above rules APPLY to you ten fold. When you are in a position of leadership, be it Junior or Senior Leader you are asked to UPHOLD our code of conduct on a regular basis, failing to comply with these rules is grounds for immediate dismissal. If you are at a concert, online or talking to POTENTIAL new Street Team Members or Current Members (regardless of what state they are from) you are to speak Respectfully and with Tact and Integrity to each person you encounter. You shall refrain from using FOUL language. At NO TIME and under NO CIRCUMSTANCE are you to get into a heated argument or discussion with ANY other person on the team, if you have difficulties simply refrain and forward the case to the Council, sometimes the best way to handle a situation is to simply not provide attention to it (i.e.: ignore it). Now I am not saying do this in all cases, but PLEASE just use your best judgment, we can sit around all day being counselors to situations that do not bear Merit or a Good reason as to why they ended up in our files to begin with.

The point is, as a Team we have Wonderful, Professional and Concerned Staff here to help you all, but we do have regular work to handle for the guys and if a case comes to us remember this now interferes with Staff from performing their Normal Duties. We ask you respect all matters sent to the council and do not get involved with any cases that may not DIRECTLY concern you. Help us to do our job effectively and do not question our decisions or judgment as they are all EQUALLY based on factual information provided and generally are of a private and sensitive nature. ALL LEADERS have a FILE on them in our Office and are on standard 90-Day Probationary Period pending their Progress and Enrichment with the Team. If there becomes a time a "trouble case" appears it is STANDARD PROCEDURE to temporarily suspend the leader until the case can be further reviewed and the leader reevaluated.

AGAIN- all matters that come to the Council are purely CONFIDENTIAL and only between that member and YT Staff.

While we are fully aware many of you have other groups you enjoy and may at times support, still it must be clearly understood that ANY LEADER must at all times give his or her full commitment to Youngstown. Under no Circumstances shall you advertise, post OR encourage the support of other groups on any OFFICIAL Youngstown Sites. Please understand these are not good business ethics and generally would create what is known as a "Conflict of Interest" in any place of Business Online or Otherwise.

Please do not allow any postings on your sites (or message boards) that are not directly involving your team members, and their sharing, helping, testimonials, or promoting ONLY YT. Now I know WE (all have other groups we like) that's OK, "we do too," but YT CLUBS CAN NO LONGER TOLERATE (some of our own team members) using YT sites to take away from the work we are all doing for YT, and especially to promote "OTHER GROUPS." These are all YT clubs, etc., because we love them and want to completely support them ONLY. So please work together with Noele and myself (Jimmy), we really need your help now more than ever. Again I thank you all for your love and support.

If you have any questions regarding these rules feel free to email us directly with any concerns (within reason) at Jimmyphillip@aol.com, YTStreetteamVP@aol.com, JWAYNESPG@aol.com or YTFanclubPrez@aol.com

Zero Tolerance Policy:
All members, thank you so much for all your hard work and efforts. Yes we do see your activities daily, get reports of the GOOD WORK you are doing. Regretefully we still have a small group of members that do not understand (yet) that YT Sites are only for Promoting YT.

To address this, effective IMMEDIATELY a new policy called Zero Tolerance is now in effect. This means there will be no more posting to advertize and solicite other groups on ANY YT SITES! This means Zero, (0), zip, absolutely none. You may as always feel free to write of your experiences, share your ideas, and thoughts, on how it felt when you met Youngstown. Remember we are all about being one big YT extended family (and family sticks together). IT IS all of our jobs (and with pride) we encourage and fully support YT to our absolute fullest in every way we can. All leaders EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY are to impliment this FULLY at all times, all council members are also to follow this proceedure.

Again, ZERO TOLERANCE (means if you are trying to solicite) other groups on any YT site (you WILL BE REMOVED) permanently from all YT Clubs. The guys deserve nothing less than your love and full support, and we HAVE WASTED far too much time with this issue. I challenge you all, if you love YT, and want to be a part of their Street teams then you (have already made promise in GOOD FAITH) to support them fully.
Jimmy
