my heart will endure

through the hard times and the good my heart will endure
through the bleakness of my mood my heart will endure
when I'm feeling sad and down, my heart will endure
when I'm bored with my small town my heart will endure
my heart will keep on beating, even when my feelings are fleeting
and for sure I know this one thing: my heart can endure through anything.

You are my one sweet love
sent to me from heaven above
to love and cherish and care for
I could never love anyone more

Though my life has been hard,
And in and out I was scarred,
You took that all away
with your tough that makes my senses sway.

I will love you forever,
until the earth shatters to bits
and even after
God knows how a good match fits.

As is obvious when
we were brought together
we are the perfect match and then
some, my one sweet love.

wild wind, beats the window pane
howling like someone gone insane
knocking down entire trees
makes me fear for mine own safety.

wild wind, breaking down the door
I run to hide in the wine store (aka cellar)
Rings in my ears like a thousand bells
White it swoops alongs the dells.

Leaving you
all I love you's forgotten
every soft whisper
good night erased
simple smiles, secret glances,
sweet aromas vanished
the memory of our past evaporated
those soft touches lost
fluttering heartbeats melted,
sorrow no longer
lives in my heart
I know
not your name,
I still love you
no more.
