                    Commentary

  SUPERHERO by Sky is the country's No 1 song for a fourth week in a row. It continues to rise in it's 14th week on the chart. Creed greets No 2 WITH ARMS WIDE OPEN while the Barenaked Ladies fall from 02-03. *N Sync and the Backstreet Boys round up the Top 5. Destiny's Child fly into the Top 10 with INDEPENDENT WOMAN going from 14-07 this week. Ricky Marin, U2 and the Spice Girls all move up one position. Also moving up this week are Samantha Mumba, Mya, The Moffatts and Britney Spears. This week's Choice Track is IT WASN'T ME by Shaggy. The song skyrockets up the chart 12 spots from 40-28. There are three debuts this week. Madonna is new at No 37 with DON'T TELL ME. Fragma is also new at No 39 with their dance hit TOCA'S MIRACLE, and Eminem is back with a little help from Dido on the track STAN which makes its chart debut at No 35.
