"OMG..was Jessica Ferris just on-line? hypocrite!" Charlene said as she sat down to tie her sneakers. She was dressed in blue flares with a baby blue shirt with her black hair up in a pony tail. She sat up and put her music note necklace on along with her rings.
"Ok..yes yes.." I replied as she fixed her curly brown hair."Are you ready?"
"Yup..lets get out of here." She said as She got up and headed for the door. I followed behind getting my car keys out of my purse.
"I get music duty!" Charlene yelled as she got in the passenger side seat.
"You always get music duty..nothing has changed!" I laughed.
"Ohh..I love this song!" Charlene said as the opening notes of "There you go" by Pink came on. We sang along til we got to the mall. We headed for 5 to get some clothes.
"Ahh..that is so cute!" I said as Charlene showed me a yello tube top.
"Too bad..I'm buying it!" Charlene said.
"Then I am gonna borrow it!" I replied then stuck out my tongue.
"Gawd..I swear..sometimes you just do not act 19!"
"Point?" I asked.
"Just take the shirt!" I smiled and took he hanger from her.
"Fine by me!" I ended up getting two shirts and a pair of Black pants. Charlene got 4 shirts that had chinese and dragons on them. We paid for our stuff and headed back into the mall. We passed a jewelery stand and Charlene stopped.
"Jessica! They have a charm just like mine! You should get it!" Charlene said referring to her 8th note charm.
"Its not like yours..its an 8th note but it is just one..your is two." I said seeing if i had enough money.
"Samething!"
"OK..fine!" I said getting my wallet out. We walked away and I put my new charm on the silver chain I had around my neck.
"I wonder where Megan is.." Charlene thought out loud.
"She is at work..where else?" I said
"Us BS Gyrls must stay together!" Charlene said and laughed.
"Oh Gawd...not in public!" I said then laughed to. (please don't ask..its an inside joke.)
We went around to every store to either look or spend money. We went into Mr. Rags because Charlene claimed they sold funky hats and she wanted one. We walked in and looked around. Charlene headed for the hats and I went to follow until I saw a guy wearing a white wife-beater and black baggy pants. He had on shades and a hat so I couldn't really see is face. I guess he saw me staring because he smiled at me. I smiled back and went to find Charlene. She picked out a hata and we left.
"Major fine guy in there." I stated as we left.
"Finding a hat wasn't the only excuse to go in there.." Charlene said with a smile. I laughed at her grin.
"Come on..lets make it a Blockbuster night!" I agreed. We picked out 'The Faculty' and 'The Water boy' and left to go watch them. By the time we got done with 'The Water boy' it was 11:30 and Charlene fell asleep on the couch. 'She would be mad if I watched it by myself' I thought. I decided to take a shower then maybe go on-line..'who knows..maybe Alex would be on!' I smiled at the thought.
