Note From Sandy
Hey fellow 2Ge+herites!
My dudes! Here it is! That's right...it's "2sday!"
Why am I in such a great mood? Project Michael earned a whopping (and unprecedented) $30 this week! Not only were there several video collections ordered, but plenty of members donated and participated in the scrapbooks! For those of you who haven't took part in any of these "awesum" ways to donate to The Michael Cuccione Foundation, don't wait! See the Project Michael section of this newsletter for more information.
1. If you are Sara from Illinois who sent me "Baywatch: Charlie," please e-mail me (subj: I Sent Baywatch). I'd love to give you credit for your donation but have lost your e-mail address! Thank you!
2. Are you receiving the internet version of 2G2d when you are capable of seeing AOL formats? Let me know and I'll switch you over (subj: Switch to AOL). (If you have AOL but are receiving 2G2d on your internet address, feel free to change as well.)
3. "2G2d's 2tally Awesum Video Collection!" now includes several new rare appearances. For the current list of appearances included, plus more information on ordering, let me know that you're interested (subj: More About Collection).
4. Please take a look at the Lyrics section and help me decide its destiny!
5. If you haven't already, notify me (subj: Project Michael Helper) if you've got a Project Michael page on your internet site.
6. Got any of the collection's missing appearances? Visit the Project Michael section and find out how you can help this Project Michael project (with or without two VCRS).
7. Visit evanfarmer.cc >> His Fans >> 2Ge+her 2day Newsletter >> Guestbook and thank Joanna for creating such an "awesum" center for 2Ge+her 2day!
8. You're running out of time to request your favorite quotes for .wav recording. Please send them in "2day" (subj: System Sound Suggestion)!
Project Michael
--> Profits go directly to The Michael Cuccione Foundation. <--
Your Questions...Answered!
1. "Can I order individual appearances from the video collection?"
Once I have the master copy of the collection recorded, I will sell individual tapes for a limited time. Stay tuned to this section of 2G2d within future weeks for more information.
2. "Where is my money going?"
The cost of "2G2d's 2tally Awesum Video Collection!" is $45. The below prices of S&H and video tapes are estimated, although any extra money allotted to those purposes will be donated to the foundation as well. *I will make no profit for myself through this sale.* S&H ($15) + 3-5 VHS tapes ($10) + donation to The Michael Cuccione Foundation ($20)
3. "I live in Canada. How much extra do I have to pay? Do I pay in US$?"
Those ordering in Canada need not worry about extra postage. All funds should be included in the cover-all cost of $45 US.
4. "When is the drawing for a free copy of the video collection?"
The drawing will be held in late July or early August. Please stay tuned for details, and enter into the raffle by donating $1.00 to Project Michael! For more information on this fundraiser, e-mail me (subj: More About Donating).

Still wishing you'd attended WBLI's Summer Jam? Just to rub it in, here are some more details from last Sunday's show:
--The heavy fog that threatened fans' visability cleared just before the show started, inspiring mumblings that Michael made the fog clear.
--Just as the show was beginning, Evan (Jerry) told the crowd, with Noah (Chad) and Alex (Mickey) by his side, that half of the money from the concert was going to Michael's foundation. "Have fun tonight for Michael!" he said.
--Gloria said that she felt Mike's spirit present at the show. She thanked everyone for being so supportive and said that they couldn't have done it without the support of the fans.
--Alex was the most emotional, wiping his eyes a lot. Noah and Alex, both wearing the Michael T-shirts that were being sold at the stands, cried early-on, but Evan didn't cry at all. The DJ, Bobby Fester, and the Cucciones (Domenic and Gloria) cried soon after the video montage, when Fester read a letter to the Cucciones, telling them how strong they were and how much he loved them. He asked the audience to look at the sky and to think about and pray to Michael.
--"This is for you, Mikey," Alex said before he sang a song he had written for the occasion.
--At the end of Michael's dedication, doves were released into the air. Gloria later told fans that Michael loved doves.
--A special thanks to evanfarmer.cc, www.geocities.com/noahs_girlz/, and noahsmom.com for adding to my information. If you missed it last week, ask for the report again (subj: WBLI Report)!

The party/drinking episode of "Smart Guy" was aired on 05-30-01. I don't believe that the boy in the background was Michael. If you think that you can make me believe that he *was* Michael, please e-mail me (subj: Smart Guy).

Specified as not for "the mildly Noah fan" (only for "the hard core Noah fan"), the Bastians have decided to sell "a video of Noah's growing up and pre-professional years...This video contains pictures and home movie footage from Mr. and Mrs. B's private home library. Although there are many still pictures from the picture CD on the video, there is also action movie footage taken at various stages of Noah's life. In addition, there is some brief footage from his last high school musical production, 'Once On This Island.' This clip has video and sound as Noah sings his keynote song. There are also some sound clips of Noah singing and just goofing around. Parts are narrated by Mrs. B herself. (After all, who knows more about Noah than Mrs. B?)" As a special bonus, the "first 100 orders will receive a special Mrs. B greeting and introduction." (Source: noahsmom.com)
NEW!
Mr. B has been "going crazy" within the last few weeks, getting all of our T-shirts, autographed pictures, and CDs in the mail. Although he is now only a week behind, the Bastians have created an e-mail address *exclusively* for your ordering problems: problem@noahsmom.com. Within your e-mail, include your name, address, and a brief explanation of your concern, and Mr. B will hunt down a solution ASAP! (Source: noahsmom.com)

Cassie on noahsmom.com asked whether or not 2Ge+her is expected to return as a group. The response, I think, was somewhat shady:
"Unfortunatly Cassie, there is little chance of 2gether ever getting 2gether again except as reunions like this one. Mr. B"

"2Ge+her: The Movie" videos and DVDs have got out of print. In other words, once the stores and internet companies are sold out of their current stock, no more will be available for distribution. Buy yours "2day," before they run out! (Source: evanfarmer.cc)

Kevin Farley (Doug) will appear in Touchstone Pictures' "Frank McKlusky, C.I." which is currently filming and is due in theatres in 2002. The picture is a comedy about an overenthusiastic insurance claims adjuster and includes appearances by Randy Quaid, Andy Richter, Adam Carolla, Chyna, Hanson, Tracy Morgan, Scott Baio, Emmanuel Lewis, and Lou Ferrigno, among others. The film also stars musician-actress Dolly Parton, who plays McKlusky's overprotective mother. Also, as we all already know, Kevin and John Farley appear as a police man and a security guard in David Spade's latest, "Joe Dirt," and Kevin has been working on a Disney film that remains nameless to date. Wanna see our boys more often? Now that 2G2d sends to 350+ members and rising, we have the strength to be heard! By requesting on TRL, we may not get the video on the countdown, but at least MTV will know that we'd like to see more of the guys!
Visit http://www.mtv.com/sendme2.tin?page=/mtv/tubescan/trl/playmy song/index.jhtml and write in 2Ge+her's "The Hardest Part Of Breaking Up (Is Getting Back Your Stuff)" or call 1-800-DIAL-MTV and following Carson's simple instructions! Vote "2day!"

There is exciting news from Gloria Cuccione (according to Ashley Kleinknecht at spinny_princess56@hotmail.com):
--A CD will be released in the near future and features several unheard songs that Michael had recorded before December (hopefully "Whether Life Is Sun Or Rain" and "Learning From The Best") and some from 2Ge+her. The producer of this recording is unspecified.
--MTV has officially agreed to produce the movie about Michael's life which is currently being scripted. David Hasselhoff is helping with the film and may even appear in it. Los Angeles and Vancouver are potential filming locations, and rumour has it that, although no auditions have been held yet, they may begin casting in New York City within the upcoming months. The movie is said to feature not only Michael's story but also backgrounds on Stephan, Sophia (her first kiss, specifically), and the rest of his family. Member Annie will be selling the rare QT, Mickey, Jerry, Doug, and Chad postcards for $3.00 each. All profits will go toward The Michael Cuccione Foundation. If you are interested, please e-mail her at luckystar158@hotmail.com.

According to TVT, 2G's record company, a new 2Ge+her demo will be released in September, but MTV has not decided whether they would like to support the continuation of the group. The guys have reportedly been in and out of their studios (downstairs at New York City's TVT and in Santa Monica, the other MTV headquarters) to record. The demo has not yet been completed. Rumour has it that a song dedicated to Michael (QT) is on the demo and that, although Noah (Chad) is currently on short break due to his pilot not making the WB fall schedule, the others have been keeping busy schedules. Here is some information on a few Canadian fundraisers for The Michael Cuccione Foundation! (Source: Ashley Kleinknecht at spinny_princess56@hotmail.com)
--The Cuccione's dinner will take place at the Italian Cultural Center in Vancouver, Canada on September 22. Tickets will be $60.00. More information on this event will be posted at www.makingadifference.org as the sale date approaches. The dress code will be mid-formal, with a shirt and tie for boys and a dress for girls. As has been reported by Michael's former agent, Kristina Van De Walle, there will be live and silent auctions and a 50-50 draw in addition to a wonderful meal.
--The Cucciones are also holding a Golf-A-Thon in Vancouver on June 24. For more information on that event, keep checking www.makingadifference.org and, of course, 2Ge+her 2day.
--Another dinner with profits going toward the foundation will be held in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada on October 27. The tickets go for $45.00 and are currently selling quickly. To attend, e-mail Ashley at spinny_princess56@hotmail.com ASAP!
--In Coquitlam, "Relay for a Friend" (a run for cancer research) will most likely take place in June and have some tie-in with Michael's foundation.
--Michael's younger brother, Stephan, has recently been doing some fundraising for his brother's charity.

For a limited time, "2Ge+her: The Movie" can now be purchased! Featuring exclusive interviews, part of their 03-28-00 TRL appearance, the U+Me=Us (Calculus) video, and a brief tribute to Michael, the video will only be available until all of the currently recorded copies are sold. Buy yours "2day," before they run out!
The movie has been released and can be purchased on Amazon.com and cdnow.com ($10.38 VHS/$13.99 DVD on cdnow.com and $12.98 VHS/$19.98 DVD in stores). If you feel unsure about ordering online, however, here are a few places that will order them for you: Tower Records, Media Play, Suncoast, Record Town, Barnes and Noble, and Blockbuster. As confirmed by the man himself on KISS FM, an LA radio station, Alex Solowitz (Mickey) will host a new MTV series called "The Band" which will supposedly air after TRL on certain days of the week. Although he specified that the show will premiere sometime next month, there is no other news available at this time. (Source: www.thealexobsession.cjb.net)

Rumour has it that Noah (Chad) may appear in a Disney movie called "Web Girl." This information has yet to be confirmed by Mrs. B.

The PlayAlong Toys 2Ge+her site is up at playalongtoys.com/2gether/index1.htm with several pictures of each doll! For my descriptions and a picture of my Kevin (Doug), Evan (Jerry), Alex (Mickey), and Noah (Chad) dolls, e-mail me (subj: What Do The Dolls Look Like?).
According to noahsmom.com, no more 2Ge+her dolls will be produced. In other words, after the dolls are sold out in stores, they will be unavailable for purchase. "Because the series was cancelled in the US, they only made a few as a model."
These rare dolls are being sold at select Kohls locations by a company called Play Along Toys. I bought mine for $11.89 each. On the official site, it is specified that the Michael (QT) dolls are on limited availability, so you may want to call your local Kohl's on a regular basis. New shipments come in 4-5 times a week on weekdays. Don't know where your nearest Kohls is? Surf onto
kohls.com/about_kohls/about_kohls_where_we_are.htm to find out!
If you'd like to order out-of-state, e-mail me (subj: Where Can I Find Dolls?) for three locations that stock the dolls. Know of any others? Let me know (subj: I Bought My Doll At...). You will want to call and verify your selected location's stock before you confront your local Kohls rep.

Some locations of Sears in Canada are selling 2Ge+her baby tees and tank tops with a portion of the proceeds being donated to The Michael Cuccione Foundation. Select locations of Shoppers Drug Marts in Canada are also helping the foundation by carrying the clothes and copies of Michael Cuccione's solo CD. Evan Farmer (Jerry) is on the cover of Lois Duncan's book, "Ransom," with four other people. He also appears on Marilyn Kaye's "Replica: Pursuing Amy" with a girl and "Replica: Secret Clique" alone.

11. I Wanna Know Your Name
from "2Ge+her Again"
(Carl Sturken, Evan Rogers)
DOUG (spoken):
Come on, come on, come on.
Come on, come on, come on.
ALL: I wanna know your name!
QT:
I never knew that love could put a spell on me.
Then you walked into the room. Yeah, oh...
CHAD:
(with harmony) What to do? Should I let my package show
Or should I try and play it cool?
JERRY:
(with harmony) I've been pullin'. I've been playin'.
For so long, my heart's been waitin'
To finally love someone like you. Oh...
MICKEY:
(with harmony) Now my heart's anticipating
All the love we could be makin'.
I gotta get this message (with harmony) through.
CHORUS (ALL harmonizing):
I wanna know your name.
(JERRY: I wanna know your name!)
I wanna know everything about you.
Drivin' me insane...I wanna know your name.
How can I let you know
(JERRY: How can I let you know?)
I wanna get right next to you?
Checkin' the way you flow...I wanna know your name.
DOUG (spoken):
What's your name?
What's your name?
What's your name?
What's your name?
QT:
(with harmony) Tell me now, where have you been all my life?
Are you real or just a dream?
CHAD:
(with harmony) You know I'm down
Anything you want to do,
So won't you come and go with me?
JERRY:
(with harmony) I can't take it. Please don't fake it.
Here's my heart. Now don't you break it,
'Cause you know I'm all about you.
MICKEY:
(with harmony) I am itchin'. Can't deny it.
There's no cremes out there can fight it.
What can I say, what can I do?
CHORUS (ALL with MICKEY improvising)
CHAD:
I want you!
(JERRY: I want you!)
I need you!
(JERRY: I need you!)
I'd really like to please you!
You got it!
(JERRY: You got it!)
I need it!
(JERRY: I need it!)
It's time that you believe it!
(MICKEY: Yeah, oh-ho...)
DOUG (spoken):
You lookin' so fine tonight, baby.
I just wanna drive you around in my Viper. Yeah...
We gonna speed though town, the top down,
Your legs straddling the seat.
I wanna know your name.
What's your name? What's your name? What's your name?
ALL: I wanna know your name.
DOUG (spoken):
What's your name? What's your name? What's your name? What's your name?
CHORUS 2X (ALL with QT, CHAD, and MICKEY improvising)
DOUG (spoken):
What's your name? What's your name? What's your name? What's your name?
