My Review: The opening scene of this episode is absolutely ingenious! Where did they find those 2Gether posers? Especially that guy who plays Michael, "the dying one!" You should have seen me rolling on my floor. And "4*EVAH," how clever is that?! Did you notice that Evan is putting his shirt back on as he walks into the living room with Erin in the beginning of the episode? Wonder what those two were doing...j/k
No doubt the big surprise is that Alex has a crush on Erin!! Wow, I really wasn't expecting that. But I kinda got an idea that something weird was going to happen as I watched the scene where the boys are in a fight and Alex says nicely to Erin, "pardon me, Erin."
Let's talk about the "bad boy" for a minute. Isn't Alex a good actor or what?! I was absolutely convinced by his "nice guy" character. How often do you get to hear Alex saying "I believe by 'Hos,' you are referring to whores or prostitudes. I really don't think we need those tyes of references in our pop music." The "new" Alex is absolutely adorable!
As for Evan, did you see him kissing Erin's forehead? I love it when he does that. "I got every kind they have because I love you." How sweet!! I don't get why Erin becomes so angry at him for saying that. And that black tank top...ummm...should I say yummy?!! However, do you remember the turtle-neck shirt Evan is wearing when the group performs in the end? Someone better call the fashion police! And why is Evan the only one not wearing black? Perhaps to emphasize he is the leader of the group?
My favorites words from this episode have got to be "scrumptious" and "funtabulous!" How impressive! Furthermore, I finally understood the song "regular guy." When I heard it the first couple times, I was like, "what is Alex singing?" And now, everything makes sense after watching this episode. I give it an A-.
