EPISODE 13 - FOREVER

Summary: In the first-season finale, the band is dumped from their record company---and evicted---after a boy-band parody called 4 Ev-ah hits it big. To make matters worse, the new group mocks all things 2Gether on a new TV show. After disbanding and going their separate ways, however, the 2Gether members put a new twist on a classic rock moment.

Cast: Noah Bastian, Michael Cuccione, Kevin Farley, Evan Farmer, Alex Solowitz

My Review: This review is going to be brief, since I'm so tired right now after coming back from my Christmas show practice, where I learned the choreographies to 3 songs (my head is so ready to explode) and danced for 4 and 1/2 hours straight! Okay, back to the season finale...

I am actually a little bit disappointed with the finale; the ingredients are just not right. In fact, I think it's one of the least humorous episodes of all. Maybe I'll think differently when I watch it again. You know how even the most glamorous thing can become less impressive when shown for the 2nd time? (That's why celebrities don't wear the same outfit twice to public events.) That's how I feel about 4 Ev-Ah. The 1st time they were introduced, I was like, "yeah, they are quite funny." But in this episode, they have all of sudden become so annoying, esp. the "dumb one."

I don't know about you, I think the first half of Forever is so sad! Why is MTV doing that to us? Think episode 12 (Erin breaking poor Evan's heart) not sad enough? I do, however, like the performance scene, as usual, very much! What a great way to conclude the 1st season of 2Gether: the Series by mixing the "hits" 2Gether, particularly "2Gether!" Too bad Michael is again missing...he'll be back in the next season, so don't worry!

As for the ending, there really isn't a cliff-hanger - a main element for any good series, unless you are gonna ask: did any of the guys break his legs jumping off from the building? And they didn't introduce the song "Sister" (probably saving the best for last)...Wow, look at what a long way our boys from 2Gether have come. Before you know it, it's already the end of the 1st season. Time and tide surely wait for no man! I am really glad to be a part of 2Gether's journey to success. Oh, right, a grade for this episode. B sounds good to me, hey, you gotta leave room for improvement, don't ya?
