Memories was all Nicole had of the two boyfriends she had in her life, whether it be on a video, tape, or pictures, that was all she had, for they had both left her. She didn't understand what is was that they found wrong with her but it made her feel like she would be a single old hag for the rest of her life. So who were these boyfriends she didn't understand?

Well first there was Case, ya know, the singer of "Happily Ever After." They first got together in the 8th grade. So young and foolish, they barely knew what a relationship was, but had this feeling it would last. Well it basically did until senior year came and Case left her without saying why. Nikki cried for days until she met the new man of her dreams.

Nikki, now 20, was out at the mall when she saw a guy she fell in love with at first sight. His name was Joe, the strange way they met didn't make a difference for they went strong for 4 years, but then he too left here, leaving Nikki with no clue of what was going on.

So now Nikki sat on her couch looking through all the old pictures, seeing that they were fading just like the relationships did. Both left without a trace or note or no reasoning. She just woke up and they had left town. Not only that she was pregnant with Joe's baby.

Nikki got bored and turned on the TV. It was MTV as usual, and a video was just starting. It showed the names it was Case and Joe "Faded Pictures." Nikki's head started going strange, "I thought it was KC and JoJo! It's funny how these people change their names. Either that is so much of wannabe Kc and JoJo! Case and Joe...it's so obvious. Wait a minute..." Nikki exclaimed then dropped the controller. She walked up and turned the TV up. Now it was quite clear to her, they left her for fame and fortune.

"Oh my! And I'm gonna have Joe's kid! After he left me for this!" Nikki screeched.
