WHATS SO GOOD ABOUT GOLD/SILVER VERSION?

This is why you should have the gold/silver version. -There are two new types- -Steel & Evil- -Steel types are weak to Fire, Fighting, and Ground, but pretty resistant to anything else.- -Evil types are strong against Ghosts and Psychics, but weak in Fighting, and Bug.- -There are new pack and pokegear- -The new multi-compartment Pack upgrade in the Gold & Silver versions comes in handy. It keeps your items in different compartments. Carries your TM's, HM's, Balls, and your Key Items. Thus you can stay organized during your journey.- -The PokéGear is all new. It can only be used as a watch and phone at the beginning, but later as you get new expansion cards, a Town Map and Radio can be added. You can keep in contact with different trainers by trading phone numbers. Arrange a match, or share ideas on how and where to catch rare Pokémon, and there's always Prof. Elm or Bill you can call for advise.- -New Daily and Weekly Cycles- -The addition of Day and Night, and the Days of the Week are the biggest change in Gold and Silver. Although certain things happen during certain parts of the day, or week, there are no monthy or yearly events. There may be a contest held only on a Monday, or Thursday, or certain Pokémon that come out only on Fridays, etc. Three examples are as follows-: -Ledyba will only come out in the morning time-(silver) -Sunkern only come out during the day time.- -Hoothoot only come out during the Night time.-
