Getting to the Sky Pillar
Okay, to get to the Sky Pillar you need to Fly to Pacifilog and Surf right. Keep going until you see a SWIMMING girl, and a boy and girl who are just sitting in one place in the water. NOTE: It is NOT the first boy and girl that you see directly right of Pacifilog with the man swimming to the right of them, when you see those guys just keep surfing. Now, when you reach the right group of swimmers, Surf up and you should see two rocks that look like sideways/upside down "L"s. There should be an opening between them. Go through, Surf up some more and you should be at the Sky Pillar!

Getting to the top of the SP is very difficult, but I did it so you can too! Just use your Mach Bike whenever there are little cracks in your path that you could fall through (which start on the 2nd floor) but you have to go really fast, I can't perfectly explain it. Tip: After getting through each floor, save the game incase you mess up and have to do the whole thing over again. Once you finally make it to the top...
Capturing Rayquaza
...You will see a coiled up green dragon, this is the sleeping Rayquaza! SAVE NOW! Then go up to it and battle it.
This was My Strategy
-I sent out my level 77 Togetic (Colosseum)
Rayquaza, Level 70: Fly, Extreemspeed, Outrage, Rest
-Togetic used Psychic...
Rayquaza used Fly, so Psychic missed
-I thought I could outsmart Rayquaza by using Togetic's Fly but...
Rayquaza struck first, but hardly did any damage
-Togetic flew up high!
Rayquaza used Rest... Rayquaza's health is full!
-Togetic used Fly!
Rayquaza used Rest! Rayquaza went to sleep!
-Go! Ultraball! (I was pretty stupid, right?)
... ... ... ... Rayquaza was caught!
Was I lucky or what? So, I don't actually know what a real battle with Rayquaza is like because that was my first (and currently only) time with it. So I hope you have good luck, too!
