First, you must be in Sootopolis (Fly or Surf/Dive there if you're not). Then, you should go along with the story and it will bring you to Mt. Pyre. Go inside, through all of the passages and you should come into a room with water in the middle. If you're in the right place, you'd be stupid not to see the big blue sea demon in the pool who is Kyogre. SAVE NOW! Battle it and capture it! Good Luck!
