Even though Pokemon Yellow is one of the oldest games, it was the last one I got 0.o;; Anyway, on to the point of the page. Here I will provide you with information on the game. However, I haven't and wont write out a complete walkthrough, you'll have to go to a different web site or a magazine for that. But I do, however, have basic information on the game here. ^.~ Enjoy!
Pokemon Yellow is very, very much alike to that of the Red and Blue games, but there are a lot of differences as well, besides the fact that you can catch only certain Pokemon. When you go to Professor Oak's lab in this game, you will not be offered Bulbasaur, Charmander, or Squirtle. You will not even have a choice. Instead, you get a Pikachu! Just like Ash did in the show. And it will follow you around as well, so you will always see it following you around on the screen. To check it's mood, just turn around and press the A button, like you would do if you were talking to a trainer. A picture of the Pikachu will be displayed, showing it's current mood. Your Pikachu's mood depends on how you treat it. Also, there is something else in the game that is alike in the show as well;instead of just random Team Rocket members, you will meet Jessie and James, like Ash does in the show. All of this is not available in any other Pokemon game. However, everything else is pretty much the same as the Red and Blue versions(except for Pikachu's reactions to certain happenings in the game) so go to that page if you want to learn anything else, because everything else about the Yellow version is basically the same.
