LAB RATS INFO

The Lab Rats originally formed in 1977. with bass player Glen Matlock, guitar player Stevie Ray Vaughn, drummer Rat Scabies and Sean. After giggin the UK throughout the late 70s and early 80s glen and stevie decided to move to beautiful sunny California, in a nice town called BUENA PARK. After moving to Buena Park Matlock got beat up by some dude named Roberto Rodriguez, he then not only took his identity but his spot in the band. He then later changed his name to BOBBY GLITZ for The witness protection program, after witnessing the murder of ex band mate Stevie Ray Vaughn. The murder was unsolved but his spot was later filled by A more talented, slightly slimmer guitar hero, Maurice Asonovich. Asonovich Then Changed his name to CHARLIE ACE.W/his flying guitar he captivated audiences All Around The States.

So now in 1987 deep into the L.A. drug scene. Charlie and Bobby saw their friend Rat Scabies overdose on a deadly mix of cocaine and jack daniels so he flew back to rehab in old Brittania.

So Now Having no drummer the rats kept looking in the L.A. drug scene for a new drummer. By this time local band guns n roses had been getting big in the L.A. Rock scene, when they met EX GnR drummer Jay freeshot.

After a gig in L.A. Jay was kicked out of the band for stealing axl's girlfriend and For being such a ROCKER,But axl claimed that they kicked him out because of his drug problems. All These Statements were true and The Lab Rats liked it. Bobby said "hey look this guy's even more drugged out then rat scabies, lets keep him."

So finnaly in 2000. Charlie, while attending harvard university, once again met with Sean who was majoring in auto repair. So then a year later The Lab Rats released there first demo after 20 some odd years. "Quack Quack, the new shit talkers in town" Sold Out Almost Immediately and is now a VERY VERY RARE ITEM.Although it also went through a couple ideas for a name like, "LAB RATS THE EARLY YEARS" and "last days of rage". If You're Lucky Enough To Find One in That form it is Worth Hundreds of Dollars.

After a couple reunion partys. the Lab Rats now in 2001 are ready to release their 2Nd demo.

Well thats it for now but the story will continue and we'll keep you up to date. cheers charlie ace xoxo
