The digimon tcg is a simple one, and not very well put together, but it's still fun to play. Each player has a deck of thirty cards. you must have at least one rookie in your deck. You can only have up to one mega.the deck is put in the "online" position, and the discard, "offline", is right below the deck. Search through the deck for one rookie. That becomes your beginning battler. Shuffle the deck and draw the top ten cards for your hand
ATTACKING
Three attacks are listed near the bottom of the card, each with a color beside it. The attack you can use is the one with the same color as the symbol in the top left corner of the card. force FX cards allow you to change the color of that symbol.
OTHER CARDS
Before you or your opponent can attack, you must play a card that will help you. You do this in turn, drawing a card every turn, until one of you can no longer do anything, then the damamge is dealt. If you run out of cards in your deck, then you shuffle everything except for rookies from your hand and your offline into your online pile. the digivolve cards somehow affect you or your opponent's digivolving ability, and power blasts are like trainer cards in pokemon, they give some other effect.
DIGIVOLVING
to digivolve, you must fill the digivolve requirements listed at the top of the card that you are going to digivovle into. Also, you must place the digimon you are digivolving in the digivolve zone.If you do not digivolve in two turns, you must place that digimon in the "offline" pile.
DEALING DAMAMGE
Since digimon have no hit points, who ever does the highest amount of damage wins that battle. Use the point guide at the bottom of the card to determine your point score. If your digimon loses, you must use another rookie from your hand. If you do not have another rookie in your hand you lose. The first person to get 1,000 points wins.
