Can you say Hitmonchan? We will get to that later. Clefairy is a little old Pokemon that everyone loves to take advantage of. Or is it the other way around? Lets take a look.

Metronome

Clefairy can get the jump on alot of people with Metronome. Pokemon such as Gyarados, Charizard, Alaklazam, Venusaur, TR Zapdos, TR Mewtwo, TR Moltres, TR Scyther, and theres others too. This all because of Metronome. For 3 Colorless energy you can copy any of your opponent's Pokemon moves and use it against them. It is very annoying and can be disruptive as well. When you use it, you also don't have to discard energy as well.

The Big Drawbacks

Clefairy only has 40HP and is Weak to Fighting, making him a easy KO with Hitmonchan. Clefairy's First attack, Sing, only has a 25% chance of putting you to sleep for 1 Colorless. Also Clefairy's Metronome takes three which will usually be Knocked out by then.

Combos

This card is a cool card, not not many combos can be made with it. It's really weak HP is something to be worried about.

Rating

I give Clefairy a 5.0. I guess it's really there just to evolve into the all powerful Clefable.
