Mondo is a Rocket member, but he only appears in a the Japanese CD drama, not on the show. Therefore not much is known about him.
Mondo is about 14-15, and he always rescue Jessie, James and Meowth and get them out of troubles. He drives a van (Yep, even at the age of 15).
Mondo has a big crush on Jessie (Musashi) and he adores Meowth. On the CD drama, Team Rocket exchange Meowth with Mondo's ditto for a short while. Mondo respects Jessie and James deeply, and looks up to them.
