Domino appeared in a Christmas special and I'm not sure if that episode arrived to US yet and what is Domino's american name.
Domino is crafty and insidious. I'm sure Giovanni likes her a lot better than he does Jessie and James... Unlike those two Rockets, she lied her way into joining the twerps after Giovanni sends her on a mission to find out what happened to MewTwo. She even pretended to be in love with Brock so she could get information from him (how cruel!). Of course, she betrayed the twerp as soon as they get to MewTwo. After the mission Giovanni rewarded her and she slaved Jessie and James and was very mean to them...
Domino carries black roses with her that shoot lightnings (talk about beeing the opposite of our lovely James...), and she uses them on her enemies.
