Believe In Yourself
Learning something new at first is a scary thing
For you never know what the outcome might bring
Just do what you can at your own pace
This is not a competition to see who will win the race
Do not sell yourself short whatever you do
Continue to have confidence in the heart of you
And give yourself time to learn the task at hand
And what you thought was impossible to understand
Will no longer be something you will have to fear
For everything will come together and become crystal clear
And when you see the accomplishments you have made
You will realize there was no reason at all to be afraid
And your abilities are the one thing you should not doubt
For you are smart enough to figure things out
And as long as you believe you can do it
You will have the strength to hang in and not quit
So when you find yourself overwhelmed and frustrated too
Remember faith in yourself will see you through.
