This page is for my beloved Valerie. The purpose of this page is to show this woman I love her very much. My feelings for her remain constant and filled with love, devotion, and loyalty.
The current state of relationship keeps us away from each other. She is in another state going to college. This temporarily puts us in the uncomfortable position of being in a long-distance relationship.
I have heard that long-distance relationships, especially Internet relationships, have a slim chance of succeeding because there are so many things that can interfere with the couple's happiness. The long distance in itself can weigh down on a person because they cannot receive physical affection in the form of hugs, kisses, and cuddles.
That is why I have developed this page to help remedy the long distance factor as much as possible. It won't cure all of the problems affected by this problem, but I figure it's better than doing nothing and keeping my fingers crossed that everything will turn out okay.
While I do believe that we both love each other and will be happy together, I intend to do every little thing I can to create a smooth transition from a cyber-relationship to a real one.
It would be folly to just assume that everything will work out okay between Valerie and me. We do not live in a perfect world, and there are so many things that can go wrong. Relationships of any kind require maintenance and upkeep else they will fall apart. Ours needs continual reinforcement because we don't have the luxury of nurturing each other in the ways couples together in real life have at their disposal.
Hopefully, Valerie will visit here from time to time to read some of the content on this page. I hope it will show her how sincere my feelings for her are and how I am intent on doing everything possible to make her happy and prove to her that I am the man for her and that she should spend the rest of her life with me.
