Please come back, visit again & be blessed! Poem of the week dedicated to Earnestine Lyles my mother. Happy Birthday!!! Here's a poem I wrote, hope you enjoy: What is life? It's growth with the one you share your all with; its giving what seems to be lost another try and chance it. Everything you dream of achieving, the concentration, and in your heart believing; its having a second thought about giving up on your lover and leaving. Your mind being tricked to think anything by deceiving; being afraid to approach that lovely soul which presents themselves beautifully, so intriguing. Spending quality time in silence looking deeply into each others' eyes; being able to allow each other to be free and open knowing there's no lies. I remember a winter so cold and lonely and this winter laid within my heart; I had no one in whom I could confide, trust, or rely my cold heart nearly broke to pieces and fell apart. I survived the lack of love hibernating in my heart, spring brought new things my way; I survived those horrible times, the endless strife, & through it all I found Jesus my savior and then I realized what is life.
